Estoy muy contento de volver a compartir mis contenidos en esta comunidad. Soy muy fanático de los mangas y sus adaptaciones a la pantalla (Series animadas), y qué mejor de volver con mis reseñas con uno de los últimos animes que he visto por Netflix, Baki Hanma, una secuela del anime original llama Baki. Este anime me lo recomendó muy mejor amigo. En un principio no me llamó la atención, pero un día me puse de acuerdo con @loperdt para ver el anime y lo cierto es que tuve una grata sorpresa, este anime superó mis expectativas y en este post les voy a contar un poco mi opinión de acuerdo a la experiencia.
Baki Hamna es una serie animada basada en el manga escrito e ilustrado por Keisuke Itagaki. Este es del género de acción, Artes marciales, Aventura e incluso con algo de deporte por los torneos que se realizan. Al inicio Baki no me terminaba de convencer, pero poco a poco fui avanzando y cada vez le agarre el gusto a esta serie. La reseña de esta oportunidad está basada en el anime lazando por Netflix en el 2021, además de la segunda temporada que salió este año. Para ser sincero esta clase de animes no son mis favoritos, me gustan más de fantasía, como es el caso de Naruto que también está enfocado en artes marciales, pero con una historia totalmente diferente. También me gustan las producciones Isekai donde uno o más personajes terminan en un mundo paralelo, ya sea de manera intencional (provocado o accidental), como es el caso del Héroe del escudo, uno de mis animes favoritos del último tiempo. Pero a pesar de que Baki no me llamaba la atención, siempre es importante darle una oportunidad a los animes, ya que tal vez te llegue agradar la historia o al menos pasar un buen rato.
La historia del anime de la cual les estoy hablando (Baki Hanma), trata sobre un chico que práctica artes marciales y quiere convertirse en el hombre más fuerte del mundial, sin importar las consecuencias. Este deseo se basa principalmente ya que quiere superar a su padre, Yujiro Hanma, quien también es conocido como el Ogro, por su gran fuerza, que incluso con solo su presencia puede llegar a intimidar a todos, siendo esto una de las cosas que más me impresionó del anime. El Ogro y Baki sin mis personajes favoritos, sin lugar a dudas. La principal razón de esto último mencionado es que por la voluntad que tiene estos para nunca rendirse y cada vez que querer superarse a sí mismo para llegar a ser los mejores. En el destino de estos dos está el enfrentamiento entre ellos, para de una vez por todas saber quien es el mejor, si el hombre más suerte del mundo (Yujiro) o el el chico más fuerte del mundo (Baki).

I'm very happy to be back to share my content in this community. I'm a big fan of manga and their adaptations to the screen (animated series), and what better to come back with my reviews with one of the latest anime I've watched on Netflix, Baki Hanma, a sequel to the original anime called Baki. This anime was recommended to me by a very best friend. At first it didn't catch my attention, but one day I agreed with @loperdt to watch the anime and the truth is that I had a pleasant surprise, this anime exceeded my expectations and in this post I will tell you my opinion according to the experience.
Baki Hamna is an animated series based on the manga written and illustrated by Keisuke Itagaki. It is of the genre of action, martial arts, adventure and even with some sport tournaments that take place. At the beginning Baki didn't really convince me, but little by little I got more and more into this series. This review is based on the anime released by Netflix in 2021, in addition to the second season that came out this year. To be honest this kind of anime is not my favorite, I like more fantasy, as is the case of Naruto which is also focused on martial arts, but with a totally different story. I also like Isekai productions where one or more characters end up in a parallel world, either intentionally (provoked or accidental), as is the case of Hero of the Shield, one of my favorite anime of the last time. But even though Baki didn't catch my attention, it's always important to give anime a chance, since you might like the story or at least have a good time.
The story of the anime I'm talking about (Baki Hanma), is about a boy who practices martial arts and wants to become the strongest man in the world, regardless of the consequences. This desire is based mainly because he wants to surpass his father, Yujiro Hanma, who is also known as the Ogre, for his great strength, that even with just his presence he can intimidate everyone, being this one of the things that impressed me the most in the anime. The Ogre and Baki without a doubt my favorite characters. The main reason for this last mentioned is that because of the will they have to never give up and every time they want to surpass themselves to become the best. In the destiny of these two is the confrontation between them, to once and for all know who is the best, if the luckiest man in the world (Yujiro) or the strongest boy in the world (Baki).

Ahora bien, esta secuela de la serie original fue dividida en dos temporadas. La primera temporada nos habla con Baki quiere superar a su padre, tiene una obsesión por esto, y para ello debe viajar a los Estados Unidos, específicamente a la prisión estatal de Arizona para enfrentarse a un hombre que es realmente fuerte, conocido como MR o Señor Desencadenado. A lo largo de este nuevo arco suceden muchas cosas, hay una serie de enfrentamientos entre varios de los personajes principales o secundarios de la serie animada y cada vez nos podemos dar cuenta el gran respeto que le tienen al Ogro y Baki que también se lo va ganando poco a poco, no en vano es considerado el Chico más fuerte del mundo, a pesar de su corta edad y su baja estatura, pero de gran coraje y mucha convicción en sus objetivos.
La segunda temporada es aún más irreal porque el nuevo arco se divide en dos. Los primeros capítulos están basados en un nuevo personaje que aparece, llamado Pickle por los científicos, ya que este nuevo personaje es un hombre de la prehistoria (cretácica), de la época de los dinosaurios, quien se encontraba preservado en una caverna cubierta de hielo. Pickle despertó luego de millones de años dormido, era un hombre extraordinariamente fuerte y esto se debe a que debió enfrentar a criaturas muy feroces como son los dinosaurios, logrando sobrevivir en esa época. Todos los peleadores del mundo de Baki querían enfrentarse a él ya que todos tenían un objetivo en común que era ser el más fuerte del mundo. Incluso nuestro protagonista Baki se enfrentó a Pickle, siendo una batalla épica que nunca se me va a olvidar.
La segunda parte de la temporada 2 de Baki Hanma trata sobre la pelea tan esperada entre padre e hijo, la cual pone fin a la historia, aunque sabemos que siempre pueden salir nuevas tramas para alargar aún más la historia. ¿Se dará el enfrentamiento? ¿Quién será el vencedor y el acreedor el título del hombre más fuerte del mundo? ¿Baki o Yujiro Hanma? son algunas de las preguntas que nos podemos hacer en toda la entrega, pero para ver el desenlace los invito a ver esta serie animada.

Throughout this new arc many things happen, there are a series of confrontations between several of the main or secondary characters of the animated series and each time we can realize the great respect they have for the Ogre and Baki who is also earning it little by little, not in vain is considered the strongest boy in the world, despite his young age and short stature, but of great courage and great conviction in their goals.
The second season is even more unreal because the new arc is divided in two. The first chapters are based on a new character that appears, called Pickle by the scientists, since this new character is a man from prehistoric times (Cretaceous), from the time of the dinosaurs, who was preserved in a cave covered with ice. Pickle woke up after millions of years asleep, he was an extraordinarily strong man and this is because he had to face very fierce creatures such as dinosaurs, managing to survive at that time. All the fighters in Baki's world wanted to face him since they all had a common goal, which was to be the strongest in the world. Even our protagonist Baki faced Pickle, being an epic battle that I will never forget.
The second part of season 2 of Baki Hanma deals with the long awaited fight between father and son, which brings the story to an end, although we know that new plots can always emerge to extend the story even more. Will the confrontation take place? Who will be the winner and the winner of the title of the strongest man in the world? Baki or Yujiro Hanma? are some of the questions we can ask throughout the installment, but to see the outcome I invite you to watch this animated series.

¿Qué me pareció los arcos de la nueva secuela de Baki Hanma? ciertamente no es perfecto, incluso por momento se me hacía muy lenta, mucho diálogos y menos acción, por lo cual se me hacía tedioso el anime por momento, pero en las batallas la adrenalina iba a mil por saber quién sería el ganador de estas grandes, además que siempre se contaba la historia de cada una de los personajes que estaban en batalla, porque razón se volvieron tan fuertes y como llegaron a ser lo que eran en ese momento, lo que se agradece porque así se puede estar más conectados con la historia que nos están contando. Otra punto positivo de la trama es el hecho que sí claro la serie se llama Baki y está concentrada principalmente en este personaje y la lucha con su padre, pero también se toma en cuenta a los otros personajes, no solo es contada la historia desde la perspectiva de Baki, por lo cual se pueden explotar aún más las historias de estos peleadores.
A lo que se refiere a las animaciones y la banda sonora del anime se puede decir que realizaron un excelente trabajo, incluso me gusta más con fueron dibujado los personajes y como fueron recreadas las escenas. El detalle de los personajes fue muy alto, por lo que pienso que esta secuela fue mucho mejor que la serie original. La serie esta censurada pero se puede apreciar mucha sangre, ya que se trata de una producción de artes marciales, con incluso peleadores de Kung Fu, boxeo y otras modalidades. Las músicas me gustaron, cada escena donde aparecía una música estaba muy acorde al momento, ya sea de tensión, acción, alegría, desesperación, entre otras cosas más. Ahora bien, algo molesto en la segunda temporada era el hecho que siempre las peleas y lo que estaba sucediendo en el anime estaba siendo contado por un narrador, alguien estaba contando lo sucedido mientras pasaban las escenas. Esto último no fue del todo de mi agrado, pero aun así disfruté de este anime y sus dos temporadas transmitidas por la plataforma Netflix.
Opinión Final
Estas últimos dos temporadas publicadas de Baki por Netflix las pude disfrutar, pero pienso que la serie no es perfecta, ni muy cerca de ello, incluso no la considero que está entre mis adaptaciones de manga, sobre todo por el género que se trata de personajes camorreros que les encanta pelear, quieren ser los mejores sin importar quien se interponga en su camino, pero también tiene muchas cosas positivas que también pueden hacer que conectemos muchos con la historia. A veces hay animes que no llaman nuestra atención a primera vista, pero si nos pueden llegar a sorprender gratamente y este es el caso de Baki Hanma, no se pueden perder como terminan esta historia entre el hombre y joven más fuertes del mundo, padre e hijo. Si tendría que calificar a este anime le colocaría un 7.

What did I think about the arcs of the new Baki Hanma sequel? It is certainly not perfect, even at times it was very slow, a lot of dialogues and less action, which made the anime tedious at times, but in the battles the adrenaline was going to a thousand to know who would be the winner of these big ones, plus it always told the story of each of the characters who were in battle, why they became so strong and how they became what they were at that time, which is appreciated because you can be more connected to the story that we are being told. Another positive point of the plot is the fact that yes of course the series is called Baki and is mainly focused on this character and the fight with his father, but it also takes into account the other characters, the story is not only told from the perspective of Baki, so you can further exploit the stories of these fighters.
As far as the animations and the soundtrack of the anime are concerned, it can be said that they did an excellent job, I even like the way the characters were drawn and how the scenes were recreated. The detail of the characters was very high, so I think this sequel was much better than the original series. The series is censored but you can see a lot of blood, since it is a martial arts production, with even Kung Fu fighters, boxing and other modalities. I liked the music, each scene where music appeared was very appropriate to the moment, be it tension, action, joy, despair, among other things. Now, something annoying in the second season was the fact that always the fights and what was happening in the anime was being told by a narrator, someone was telling what happened while the scenes were happening. The latter was not entirely to my liking, but I still enjoyed this anime and its two seasons streamed on the Netflix platform.
Final Opinion
These last two seasons of Baki published by Netflix I could enjoy them, but I think the series is not perfect, not even close to it, even I do not consider it to be among my manga adaptations, especially because of the genre that is about rowdy characters who love to fight, they want to be the best no matter who gets in their way, but it also has many positive things that can also make us connect many with the story. Sometimes there are anime that don't call our attention at first sight, but they can surprise us pleasantly and this is the case of Baki Hanma, you can't miss how this story between the strongest man and young man in the world, father and son, ends. If I had to rate this anime I would give it a 7.

It's great to know your opinion of this interesting Netflix series, your point of view seems to me to be quite accurate and I agree with most of it. The animation is one of the most striking things, it has a good budget in that sense and the truth is that it looks pretty good.

Solo vi completa la primera y parte de la segunda temporada, la cual seguramente debo ver completa para retomar toda la historia.
Creo que después de ver los nuevos episodios de Kengan Ashura, veré completo ese anime.
Yo ví la primera temporada con un amigo. La segunda su me la Vi solo en un día, los 27 capítulos, ya que está temporada dos estaba dividida en dos partes como menciono en el post. Te recomiendo que termines el animes, no es el mejor anime del mundo pero ya se pasa un rato agradable y más si nos gusta el género.

I completely watched all of its seasons and recently re-watched the first one since Neanderthal Man came out recently.
I watched some chapters of this new Baki and I stopped watching it when they mentioned during the series a tournament event that I hadn't seen, that's when I found out that I had to watch the old series to understand everything. It's a pity, maybe when I'm up for it I'll see everything in order to understand it all.
