A big greeting to everyone in The Anime Realm, this time I want to continue with my Anime Challenge which I proposed a few weeks ago and that it has had great reception where many Hivers are doing it and that makes me very happy. This time is the third day of this Challenge and the theme of it is about my favorite main anime character, there are many main and secondary anime characters that I like a lot for various factors but when choosing my favorite character above the rest was not something so complicated because it also belongs to my favorite anime and it is none other than Kirito from Sword Art Online.

For those who do not know Kirito is the name or nickname used by this character in the Sword Art Online game which consists of a mixture of his name and surname KIRIgaya KazuTO. Kirito is presented as a fairly intelligent young man with an affinity for programming and technology, a lover of RPG video games and quite lonely where he has always preferred to isolate himself from the world to play his video games. He had the luck or bad luck depending on how you look at it to be part of the 1000 Beta Tester of the game Sword Art Online the first game of total immersion where he then got one of the 10000 copies for the official launch, when entering the game he discovered that the only way out was to complete the game and if he died in the game he would die in real life. Kirito has always been my favorite character because of the way he acts and his evolution, even though in the beginning he only thought about playing and surviving alone, as time went by he became more and more concerned about other people and created great friendships that would accompany him for the rest of the series. No matter who is in trouble, he will always try as much as possible to save and protect them. Kirito also suffered many losses of loved ones in the game of Sword Art Online where they made his determination to become stronger and get more than ever another loved one died before his eyes without being able to avoid it.

In the anime throughout all the seasons has been great Kirito's development as a character where he went from being a lonely young man and disinterested in others to be a very sociable boy who always seeks to protect others regardless of the risk, of course as all good Shonen are almost always women hahaha. Similarly as the seasons pass Kirito becomes much stronger which causes all the battles within the virtual reality become much more exciting and shocking, although on the other hand sometimes gets to get a very exaggerated power compared to others.

While it may sound like a cliché or something very common to say but Kiriro's character is much better in the light novels than in the anime itself. In the light novels, especially the Progressive arc that tells us step by step the progress through the second floors of Aincrad, the development of Kirito's personality as well as his evolution as a character are much more detailed and specific. In the light novel we can appreciate how Kirito, when he rescues Asuna from a mortal danger, even though he doesn't feel anything romantic for her at that moment, decides to protect her and feels the need to help her to be much stronger than him so that she can follow her path on her own. As the volumes go by Kirito discovers how his perspective of always being a loner and staying away from human relationships is not as good an idea as he thought at the same time as he begins to develop his feelings for Asuna as he matures more in his mentality and actions.

Another interesting quality about Kirito is how he manages to face a very traumatic situation for his age when he is still in the death game Sword Art Online and has to kill 3 other players to save his life and the lives of his loved ones, with only 16 years old Kirito is aware that he killed 3 people both in the game and in real life. Despite this he manages to overcome those memories and decides that although he can never forget those acts the important thing is to always overcome the difficulties, it is not about forgetting your mistakes instead you must remember them to not commit them again and no matter what stands in your way to get ahead without sacrificing your ideals. Kirito always puts the safety of his loved ones and his principles before his own life.As a little side note: my name Hive is precisely due to Kirito as the "Black Swordsman", at first I considered the name "Blackie" which was how he was called in SAO in the light novels but in the end I opted for Kuro No Kenshi which means Black Swordsman.

Un gran saludo para todos en The Anime Realm, en esta oportunidad quiero continuar con mi Anime Challenge el cual les propuse hace algunas semanas y que el mismo ha tenido gran recepción en donde muchos Hivers lo están realizando y eso me alegra mucho. En esta ocasión toca el tercer día de este Challenge y el tema del mismo es sobre mi personaje principal favorito de anime, existen muchos personajes de anime principales y secundarios que me gustan mucho por diversos factores pero al momento de escoger mi personaje favorito por encima del resto no fue algo tan complicado ya que mismo también pertenece a mi anime favorito y no se trata de otro que Kirito de Sword Art Online.

Para quienes no lo conozcan Kirito es el nombre o apodo que uso este personaje dentro del juego de Sword Art Online el cual consiste de una mezcla de su nombre y apellido KIRIgaya KazuTO. Kirito se nos presenta como un joven bastante inteligente con afinidad a la programación y la tecnología, un amante de los videojuegos RPG y bastante solitario en donde siempre ha preferido aislarse del mundo para jugar a sus videojuegos. EL tuvo la suerte o mala suerte según como se mire de ser parte de los 1000 Beta Tester del juego Sword Art Online el primer juego de inmersión total en donde luego consiguió una de las 10000 copias para el lanzamiento oficial, al entrar al juego descubrió que la única forma de salir era completar el juego y si llegaba a morir en el videojuego moriría en la vida real. Muchas personas catalogan este anime como un Isekai pero en lo personal no lo considero así.

Kirito siempre ha sido mi personaje favorito por su forma de actuar y su evolución ya que a pesar de que en un principio solo pensaba en jugar y sobrevivir en solitario con el paso del tiempo fue preocupándose cada vez más por las demás personas y creando grandes amistades que lo acompañarían por el resto de la serie. No importa quien se encuentre en algún problema, él siempre tratara en lo posible de salvarlo y protegerlo. Kirito también sufrió muchas pérdidas de seres queridos dentro del juego de Sword Art Online en donde las mismas hicieron que su determinación por hacerse más fuerte creciera y conseguir que más nunca otro ser querido muriera antes sus ojos sin que pudiera evitarlo.

En el anime a lo largo de todas las temporadas ha sido genial el desarrollo de Kirito como personaje en donde paso de ser un joven solitario y desinteresado de los demás a ser un muchacho bastante sociable y que siempre busca proteger a los demás sin importar el riesgo, claro como todo buen Shonen casi siempre son mujeres jajaja. De igual forma según pasan las temporadas Kirito se vuelve mucho más fuerte lo cual provoca que todas las batallas dentro de la realidad virtual se hagan mucho mas emocionantes e impactantes, aunque por otro lado algunas veces llega a conseguir un poder muy exagerado en comparación a los demás.

Si bien puede sonar como un Cliché o algo muy común de decir pero el personaje de Kiriro resulta mucho mejor en las novelas ligeras que en al mismo anime. En las novelas ligeras en especial el arco de Progressive que nos cuenta paso a paso el avance por los primeros pisos de Aincrad, el desarrollo de la personalidad de Kirito así como su evolución como personaje son mucho más detalladas y especificas. En la novela ligera se puede apreciar como Kirito cuando recién rescata a Asuna de un peligro mortal por más de no llegar a sentir nada romantico por ella en ese instante decide protegerla y siente una necesidad de ayudarla a ser mucho más fuerte que el para que ella puede seguir su camino sola. Con el pasar de los volúmenes Kirito va descubriendo como su perspectiva de ser siempre un solitario y mantenerse alejado de las relaciones humanas no es tan buena idea como pensaba al mismo tiempo que empieza a desarrollar sus sentimientos por Asuna así como madura mas en su mentalidad y actuar.

Otra cualidad bastante interesante sobre Kirito es como logra afrontar una situación bastante traumática para su edad cuando estando aun dentro del juego de la muerte Sword Art Online tiene que asesinar a otros 3 jugadores para salvar su vida y la de sus seres queridos, con solo 16 años Kirito es consiente de que asesino a 3 personas tanto en el juego como en la vida real. A pesar de esto él logra superar esos recuerdos y decide que si bien nunca podrá olvidar esos actos lo importante es siempre vencer las dificultades, no se trata de olvidar tus errores en lugar de ello debes recordarlos para no volver a cometerlos y sin importar que se interponga en tu camino lograr salir adelante sin sacrificar tus ideales. Kirito siempre antepone la seguridad de sus seres queridos y sus principios a su propia vida.Como un pequeño dato adicional: mi nombre de Hive se debe precisamente a Kirito como el “Espadachín Negro”, en un principio consideré el nombre de "Blackie" que era como lo llamaban dentro de SAO en las novelas ligeras pero al final me decante por Kuro No Kenshi que significa justamente Espadachín Negro.

Se me acaba de caer un ídolo sinceramente no soy fan de kirito perooooo me gusto bastante la temporada cuando kirito quedo en coma me gusto bastante que los personajes secundario tuvieran algo de protagonismo ya que kirito es el elegido y tiene power ups y es el dios de su anime sinceramente prefiero mil veces a Asta que a Kirito.
jajajajaja, si se que hay mucha gente que no le gusta este anime o los personajes pero en verdad es muy bueno, claro como lo dije Kirito me parece un mejor personaje luego de leer las novelas ligeras en especial Progressive.
Claro el Arco de Alicization es simplemente increíble y en War of Underworld fue una gran idea darle tanta relevancia otra vez a Asuna, Shinon, Alice y los demas personaje pero en lo personal Suguha nunca debió ir a Underworld jaja. solo espero que la nueva pelicula sea tan buena como se espera.
La película si la estoy esperando con ansias la primera temporada junto a la de Alicization fueron mis favorita eso no lo discuto con nadie pero lo que estoy esperando es como sobrevivieron piso por piso esa fue la atracción que me dejo SAO en la primera temporada pero se saltaron casi todo y de la nada Kirito ya estaba cheteado y película todavía creo que no se sabe como serán yo tenia entendido que serán capítulos largos como una especies de ovas.
exacto en el anime saca los poderes de la nada y es algo aburrido jajaja en la novela explica mas o menos como los consigue poco a poco y incluso dan a entender como fue que sobrevivo cuando Kayaba "lo mata" al final de Aincrad. Según tengo entendió será una película por tomo de Progressive de modo que esta debería cubrir los dos primeros pisos de Aincrad
I quite liked that anime both the first and second seasons, however it is not my favorite anime character, anyway it's a good post.
The first season is one of my favorites but only the Aincrad arc and in the light novel it's better haha. Thanks I know he's not the best character but for me if he's my favorite xD.
