Magic has always been a very striking and common theme in many anime but it is always interesting and allows a good story with moments of action, in a world where magic exists and only some are able to control it, this causes a war between the wizards and those who are not able to use magic. Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjou presents a story of magic and knights but in a futuristic world and not medieval as it is most common, This anime was published last year with a total of 12 chapters, this anime belongs to the Seinen genre and has elements of Fantasy, drama and romance in the style of Romeo and Juliet where two of the protagonists are on opposite sides. Without further Spoiler I will talk about the plot of this anime for those who have not seen it yet to decide if you are interested or not.

In the world of Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjou there is a power called Astral Power that ends up being magic and those who inhabit the Astral Power being able to control it are known as Witches or Wizards, the two main nations in this plot are The Empire a place where people do not possess Astral Power and therefore the Empire ends up hating the Wizards and Witches seeking to capture them, stop them and even kill them. The other nation is The Sovereignty of Nebulis a Nation of Wizards and Witches where their goal is to protect all users of Astral Power and destroy the Empire that is at war with them. The Wizards and Witches descendants of the great Witch Nebulis and founder of the Sovereignty are known as Pureblood, these Pureblood wizards are of great power and the best weapon of the Sovereignty in the war. Likewise the Empire has the Holy Disciples who are knights and warriors with great skills and strength.

The two main protagonists of this story will be Iska a young Holy Disciple and amazing swordsman of 16 years who was imprisoned for a year and stripped of his title to free a Pureblood Witch captured by the Empire and as a condition for his release and to regain his title of Holy Disciple must defeat a Pureblood Witch extremely powerful and dangerous to the Empire The Witch of Ice Calamity. The second main character will be Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX a blonde girl with a somewhat Tsundere personality, Alice also known as the Witch of Calamity and she is the target of Iska's mission but as you can imagine from the beginning Iska and Alice end up relating and developing feelings for each other making this way Iska decides not to capture her and she seeks a way for Iska to join her side to achieve the goal they both have in common which is to end the war between the two nations but ensuring peace and security of both peoples.

Iska will form a team with Jihn, Mismis and Nene who were his former companions before being imprisoned, although they could be considered secondary characters behind Iska and Alice they end up having enough relevance in the story as well as in the battles and one ends up sympathizing and having a lot of fun with the personalities of Mismis and Nene. In the development of the plot one discovers the desires and objectives of Iska and Alice, in the same way one discovers that the Empire has never really sought Peace as they say and their only objective ends up being the complete destruction of The Sovereignty and the death of all Astal Power Users even collaborating with Astral Magicians who share the Desire to Destroy The Sovereignty just because they have been banished for their destructive mentality.

As for the Romance part in this anime, it could be said that it turns out to be somewhat predictable since it uses that Romeo and Juliet style where they are in Enemy Nations but end up falling in love despite the war and Enmity and many of their encounters end up being in a funny way very common in Romantic Comedies when they meet by chance in a Neutral City where Magicians and normal People coexist without the confrontation of the two nations, This ends up giving us moments that are quite funny and more if you are a fan of Romance and Comedy in Anime. Its animation is quite careful without being extremely realistic or detailed, in the battles and action scenes it has a very good animation for the effects and magical attacks as well as explosions and other effects during the confrontations creating a great atmosphere of action that is very striking and enveloping. A great anime to watch if you like magic and fantasy anime with romance in between.

Los Dos protagonistas principales de esta historia serán Iska un joven Discípulo Santo y espadachín asombroso de 16 años quien estuvo un año encarcelado y despojado de su título al liberar a una Bruja Pura Sangre capturada por el Imperio y como condición para su libertada y poder recuperar su título de Discípulo Santo debe derrotar a una Bruja Pura Sangre sumamente poderosa y peligrosa para el Imperio La Bruja De La Calamidad De Hielo. El segundo personaje principal será Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX una muchacha rubia y con una personalidad algo Tsundere , Alice también conocida como la Bruja de la Calamidad y es ella el objetivo de la misión de Iska pero como se puede imaginar desde un principio Iska Y Alice termina relacionando y desarrollando sentimientos hacia el otro haciendo que de esta manera Iska decida no capturarla y ella busque la manera en que Iska se una a su lado para conseguir el objetivo que ambos tienen en común el cual es acabar con la Guerra entre ambas naciones pero asegurando la paz y seguridad de ambos pueblos.

Iska formara un equipo con Jihn, Mismis y Nene quienes eran sus antiguos compañeros antes que ser encarcelado, si bien ellos se podrían considerar personajes secundarios por detrás de Iska y Alice terminan teniendo bastante relevancia en la historia así como en las batallas y uno termina simpatizando y divirtiéndose bastante con las personalidades de Mismis y Nene. En el desarrollo de la trama uno va descubriendo los deseos y objetivos de Iska y Alice, de igual forma descubre que el Imperio realmente nunca ha buscado la Paz como dicen y su único objetivo termina siendo la destrucción completa de La Soberanía y la muerte de todos los Usuarios del Poder Astal llegando incluso a colaborar con Magos Astrales que comparten el Deseo de Destruir La Soberanía solo por haber sido desterrados por su mentalidad tan destructiva.

En cuanto a la parte del Romance en este anime se podría decir que resulta siendo algo predecible ya que usa ese estilo de Romeo y Julieta en donde están en Naciones Enemigas pero terminan enamorándose a pesar de la guerra y Enemistad y muchos de sus encuentros terminan siendo de una manera divertida muy común en las Comedias Románticas al encontrarse por azares del destino en una Ciudad Neutral en Donde Magos y Personas normales conviven sin el confrontamiento de las dos naciones, esto nos termina entregando momentos que son bastante divertidos y más si eren fanático del Romance y Comedia en los Animes. Su animación es bastante cuidada sin llegar a ser sumamente realista o detallistas, en las batallas y escenas de acción tiene una muy buena animación para los efectos y ataques mágicos así como explosiones y demás efectos durante el enfrentamientos creando un gran ambiente de acción que resulta muy llamativo y envolvente. Un Gran anime para ver si gustas de los Animes de Magia y fantasía con Romance de por medio.
