Greetings, friends of the community! I hope you are all well and in good spirits, because today I would like to share my opinion on Fire Force or Enen no Shoubotai. This series is from 2019, but I particularly liked it, and I am sure that many of you will like it if you have not seen it yet.
The anime centers on a strange event that causes people to burst into flames and turn into creatures called infernos. These beings pose a danger to other people, and to combat them, squads of people with special abilities, known as special firefighters, were created. For this reason, this series is also known as the firefighter series.
Saludos amigos de la comunidad, espero que todos se encuentren bien y con ánimos, porque hoy quisiera compartirles mi opinión sobre Fire Force o Enen no Shoubotai. Esta serie es del 2019, pero a mí particularmente me gustó y estoy seguro de que a muchos de ustedes les gustará si es que aún no la han visto.
El anime se centra en un extraño suceso que hace que las personas se prendan en llamas y se conviertan en unas criaturas a las cuales llaman infernales. Estos seres representan un peligro para las demás personas y, para combatirlos, se crearon escuadrones de personas con habilidades especiales, conocidos como bomberos especiales. Por esta razón, esta serie también es conocida como la serie de los bomberos.

Among these firefighters, the protagonist, Shinra Kusakabe, stands out. This peculiar character differs from the others in that he has a particular smile, which appears in stressful situations. I say peculiar because, personally, I found it somewhat disturbing at the beginning of the series.
As I mentioned earlier, the protagonist is Shinra Kusakabe, who has the ability to propel himself with fire that emerges from his feet, as if he were Astro Boy. He is accompanied on his adventures by Arthur Boyle, a knight who wields a plasma sword; Iris, a nun; and Hibana, a soldier. The other characters complement the main characters, all of whom are members of the charismatic Fire Department Company No. 8.
Entre estos bomberos destaca el protagonista, Shinra Kusakabe. Este peculiar personaje se diferencia de los demás por tener una peculiar sonrisa, la cual aparece en situaciones estresantes. Digo peculiar porque, a mí, en lo personal, me resultó algo perturbadora al inicio de la serie.
Como ya les había comentado, el protagonista es Shinra Kusakabe, el cual posee una habilidad que le permite impulsarse con fuego que emerge de sus pies, como si de Astro Boy se tratase. En sus aventuras lo acompañan Arthur Boyle, un caballero que maneja una espada de plasma; Iris, una monja; y Hibana, una militar. Los demás personajes complementan a los personajes principales, siendo todos integrantes de la carismática Compañía de Bomberos número 8.

The plot of the series initially unfolds with a detective-style approach, with each episode focusing on solving cases associated with spontaneous human combustion. From about halfway through, as the story progresses, everything starts to get a little more complicated, with themes related to religious conspiracies, sects, and the very mystery of the origin that gives life to the infernals entering the scene.
Visually, I must say that the David studio did a very good job, giving us incredible fight scenes where the warm colors of fire stand out. The character design, while not very distinctive, fits perfectly with each character's personality traits.
La trama de la serie se desarrolla en un principio con un enfoque detectivesco y en cada capítulo se centran en resolver los casos asociados con las combustiones espontáneas de los seres humanos. Ya a partir de la mitad, más o menos, a medida que avanza la historia, todo se comienza a enredar un poco más, entrando en escena temas relacionados con conspiraciones religiosas, sectas y el propio misterio del origen que da vida a los infernales.
Respecto al apartado visual, debo decir que el estudio David hizo un muy buen trabajo dejándonos increíbles escenas de combates donde destacan los colores cálidos del fuego. El diseño de personajes, si bien no está muy marcado, se adapta perfectamente a los rasgos de la personalidad de cada uno.

The soundtrack blends epic music with distinct jazz and rock nuances, which highlight the tension and emotion. In this section, I would like to highlight the opening titled “INFERNO,” which is a great song by Mr. Green APPLE. On the other hand, I must give honorable mention to Gakuto Kajiwara, who voiced Shinra.
In summary, I can say that I really liked the series, as it conveys a powerful message about the struggle between faith and science, which is represented through the presence of nuns and military personnel in the squads. Also, by the end of the series, you can really feel the evolution of the characters and their stories, characters fighting for redemption and confronting their traumas.
En la banda sonora se mezcla muy bien la música épica con marcados matices de jazz y rock, las cuales resaltan la tensión y la emoción. En este apartado quisiera destacar el opening titulado "INFERNO", el cual es un grandioso tema de Mr. Green APPLE. Por otro lado, debo hacer mención honorífica a Gakuto Kajiwara, quien dio voz a Shinra.
A modo de resumen, les puedo decir que la serie me gustó muchísimo, ya que transmite un mensaje potente respecto a la lucha de la fe y la ciencia, el cual es representado a través de la presencia de monjas y militares en los escuadrones. También, para el final de la serie, se siente en gran medida la evolución de los personajes y sus historias, personajes de lucha en pos de la redención y el enfrentamiento de sus traumas.

That's why, if you ask me if I recommend it, my answer is a resounding yes. And not just because I liked it and think it's worth watching, but because there's already a second season that delves deeper into the unfinished stories and plots from the first, so you won't be left with an open ending if you decide to watch it. I hope you enjoyed my review and that it motivates you to watch this incredible anime series.
Es por ello que si me preguntas si lo recomiendo, mi respuesta es un rotundo sí. Y no solo porque me haya gustado y considero que vale la pena, sino que ya cuenta con una segunda temporada en la cual abordan más sobre las historias y tramas inconclusas de la primera, así que no se quedarán con un final abierto si se animan a verla. Espero que les haya gustado mi reseña y les sirva de motivación para ver esta increíble serie de anime.

Hace no mucho me ví fire force, me recuerda mucho a My hero academy ya que comparten algunas similitudes, sin embargo la trama de fire es muy digerible de ver a primera vista y tiene un buen lote, excelente post 🫶🏻😎
