Actually in Bleach there are some seasons/arcs that are only available in the anime, not in the manga. So it's worth the watch.
This! Haha the fillers that were created are the main reason why I don't like animes. Welp Bleach in general back then always leaves me in hanging yung maganda na yung kwento tapos biglang nag-iba ang istorya sa anime na walang pasabi haha.
