Hi guys! Today, I'll be sharing my pen sketch for the #splinterlands art contest and I choosed to be creative about this beautiful female character Lira The Dark. Just as her name implies, so is her appearance and I made sure that everything I did revolved around the original character but in an abstract form.
The character was generally adorned with a different attire and decorative accessories inspired by natural petals and leafs, just to portray an image of a Queen in one of African's finest culture in ancient times, while the body was shaded with a black pen using an hatching and cross hatching technique, and leaving the lines visible.
