For the sketch I did something quickly, so I could create a mental image and not think about it as much as I would like. For the palette I wanted to use one that shows seriousness and something more "elegant".
Para el boceto hice algo rápido, para poder crear una imagen mental y no darle tantas vueltas de como lo desearía. Para la paleta quise usar uno que muestre seriedad y algo más "elegante".
Here I changed the use of colors to have a better result, as well as detailing the sketch and the character's costume.
Aquí cambié el uso de los colores para tener un mejor resultado, así como ir detallando el boceto y el traje del personaje.
Here I added better detail in the shadows to give it greater volume, although I had problems with the face because when I wanted to make a cat, it looked like a lemur, although this would help in the future, it is not my goal.
Aquí fui agregando mejor detalle en las sombras para darle mayor volumen, aunque he tenido problemas con el rostro pues al querer hacer un gato, parecía un lémur, aunque esto ayudaría a futuro, no es mi objetivo.
After big fights with the drawing, I got a better result making it look like a dog with bulldog breed features, as well as revising some details in the garment and finishing with a gradient background to give it something more sophisticated.
Luego de grandes peleas con el dibujo, obtuve un mejor resultado haciendo que parezca un perro con rasgos de la raza bulldog, así como revisar algunos detalles en la prenda y finalizar con un fondo en gradiente para darle algo más sofisticado.
