
Today I share my latest drawing with which I feel very identified, I have been having trouble falling asleep for a long time and it is getting worse, every day I feel a little more tired and weak. Despite that, I try to continue with my life and the routine that I must follow, it has been very difficult and worrying to see how the little rest I have had is affecting me both physically and emotionally, today when I started drawing I thought about representing a bit of this feeling in this drawing, although the ideal would have been to represent it in a more terrifying way, I wanted to do it from a nostalgic point of view, a lost gaze, surrounded by soft clouds that despite being comfortable, cannot close its eyes and rest.

I made my sketch and began painting the skin with pale colors and a slightly more vivid tone on the lips. I added more colors until I had a shape to the face and began to blend them and leave a smooth texture, this time the look I painted felt different, I don't know why but I managed to make it look empty just like I wanted, but I'm not going to lie, it disturbed me a little how it looked without the eyebrows and eyelashes, so I painted them to make it look less disturbing, for the hair I used a dark blue color.

I added some highlights to the hair with a light blue but I made them quite subtle since I wanted extremely dark hair, then I took a cloud texture brush and began to paint clouds of different shades of blue, to improve the shape of the clouds I went over them with a soft brush making different formations, although honestly I feel that these clouds look more like cotton, as final details I darkened some parts of the face and also added some lights in specific areas that I wanted to highlight.

Ademas trata de hacer una siesta al medio día. Toma te naturales que te relajen. Pero sobretodo toma tiempo en oración con DIOS y coloca tus cargas sobre el.

Te entiendo perfectamente, desde hace mucho tengo el mismo problema.
Actualmente estoy tomando pastillas de Melatonina y me han ayudado a regular las horas de sueño
