Buenas noches amigos. Las mañanas se han convertido en la mejor hora para mi para dibujar y pasar el tiempo mientras espero que mi hijo salga de la escuela, hoy aproveche desde temprano para pintar y fue increíble, intente experimentar con colores que no suelo usar muy seguido, esta vez combinando verdes con amarillos, una mezcla que sinceramente odio pero que hoy, por alguna extraña razón me sentía de humor para hacer. Al final si me gusto como quedo, es algo diferente, con colores muy fuertes y difíciles de trabajar al menos para mí, espero que les guste.

Good evening, friends.
Mornings have become my favorite time to draw and pass the time while I wait for my son to get out of school. Today, I took advantage of the early hours to paint, and it was amazing. I tried experimenting with colors I don't usually use very often, this time combining greens with yellows, a mix I honestly hate, but today, for some strange reason, I felt like doing it. In the end, I liked how it turned out. It's something different, with very strong colors that are difficult to work with, at least for me. I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realicé el boceto para luego pintar la piel, a pesar de no estar segura e la paleta de color que elegí, decidí intentarlo y asi comencé a colocar marrones, amarillos y verdes, un poco de rojo oscuro para los labios, en otras capas agregue más colores hasta formar toda la piel y comencé a difuminar, dejando un resultado mas realista.

I made the sketch and then painted the skin. Despite not being sure about the color palette I chose, I decided to try it and so I started placing browns, yellows and greens, a little dark red for the lips. In other layers I added more colors until I formed the whole skin and I started to blend, leaving a more realistic result.

Ahora quise pintar una especie de hueco con forma de grietas en su pecho, lo pinté del mismo color del fondo que en este caso seria un verde muy oscuro. Luego pinte muchas estrellas con tonos verdes claros, las pinte dentro del hueco del pecho y tambien en el fondo. Para el cabello usé un color marrón de base y luego agregué sombras e iluminaciones con unos tonos marrones un poco mas opacos y desaturados. Para finalizar detalle un poco mas el rostro y tambien agregue las cejas y pestañas, tambien añadí luces en los ojos, labios, nariz y resalté algunas de las estrellas, al final se me ocurrió agregar un leve desenfoque e el fondo.

Now I wanted to paint a kind of crack-like hollow on his chest. I painted it the same color as the background, which in this case was a very dark green. Then I painted many stars in light green tones, both inside the hollow on his chest and on the background. For the hair, I used a base brown color and then added shadows and highlights with slightly more opaque and desaturated brown tones. To finish, I added a little more detail to the face and also the eyebrows and eyelashes. I also added highlights to the eyes, lips, and nose, and highlighted some of the stars. Finally, I decided to add a slight blur to the background.
