Hello again friends, today I'm going to share my entry for the @Splinterlands art contest this week and this time I chose Lyanna Natura, this time I had an idea that I ended up not liking at all so I had to change several things, one of them was the background which I worked several times, as you know, I don't like to make sketches of the background but rather paint them last and without thinking so much about the details. Well, I wanted to make a pretty sweet face Lyanna, keeping the costume but changing the hair making her look a long and wavy hair, some leaves coming out of the suit that float as if she was spreading them where she walks, I used warm colors because I felt it went better with this card, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Hice mi boceto para el cual elegí hacer un dibujo de medio cuerpo, elegí los colores a trabajar los cuales fueron tonos piel cálidos y algunos pálidos, empecé a crear las sombras y luces, añadí nuevas capas donde aplique mas colores, finalmente empecé a mezclar todos estos colores para tener una piel lisa, para el cabello utilice marrón oscuro como base y un tono azul en el vestido.

I made my sketch for which I chose to make a half body drawing, I chose the colors to work with which were warm skin tones and some pale ones, I started to create the shadows and lights, I added new layers where I applied more colors, finally I started to mix all these colors to have a smooth skin, for the hair I used dark brown as a base and a blue tone on the dress.

Pinté los detalles del vestido, haciendo un juego de luces y sombras para crear los pliegues, luego comencé a añadirle mas color al cabello creando asi movimiento y volumen, cambie un poco la tonalidad del dibujo ya que sentía que estaba todo muy pálido, así que aplique un ajuste de color que daba esa sensación un poco mas cálida, pinte las hojas y la flor en el cabello, asi como también la rama que rodea la cintura, después se me ocurrió hacer las hojas que salían volando del traje asi que las pinte, para el fondo simplemente utilice colores verdes y amarillos y cree este fondo desenfocado que parece ser un lugar lleno de naturaleza.

I painted the details of the dress, making a game of lights and shadows to create the folds, then I started to add more color to the hair creating movement and volume, I changed a little the tone of the drawing as I felt it was all too pale, so I applied a color adjustment that gave that feeling a little warmer, I painted the leaves and the flower in the hair, as well as the branch that surrounds the waist, then it occurred to me to make the leaves flying out of the suit so I painted them, for the background I simply used green and yellow colors and created this out of focus background that seems to be a place full of nature.

Para los últimos detalles, agregue algunas luces en el rostro pero sin exagerar, luego un leve ajuste de color y una luz en el cielo que simula al sol.

For the final details, add some lights on the face but without overdoing it, then a slight color adjustment and a light in the sky that simulates the sun.

Hola de nuevo amigos, hoy voy a compartir mi entrada para el concurso de @Splinterlands de esta semana y esta vez elegí a Lyanna Natura, esta vez tuve una idea que termino no gustándome del todo así que tuve que cambiar varias cosas, una de ellas era el fondo el cual trabaje varias veces, como saben, no me gusta realizar bocetos del fondo sino mas bien pintarlos de ultimo y sin pensar tanto en los detalles. Bueno, quise realizar una Lyanna bastante dulce de rostro, manteniendo el vestuario, pero cambiando el cabello haciéndola lucir una cabellera larga y ondulada, algunas hojas saliendo del traje que flotan como si estuviese esparciéndolas por donde ella camina, utilice colores cálidos porque sentía que iba mejor con esta carta, espero que les guste.
