Greetings fellow Alien Artisans and welcome to the community curation Mothership Transmission. Here, each week, it will be our pleasure to abduct and feature some of your original artwork from the community to highlight. Please consider taking some time to check out the featured Alien Artists and support their work.

Alien Art Hive has been part of the OCD Community Incubation Program since May 2020! This has really helped our little community grow and reward tons of amazing artists! At the time of this post we have 1946 subscribers!

Alien Art Hive was created to be a fun, low-pressure community for artists/musicians to share their crazy creations and possibly collaborate!

Content doesn't need to be directly about ALIENS, this community is a place for people to post art and music that is other-worldy, inter-dimensional, unusual or strangely beautiful! We are accepting of many different types of art but if you do not loosely fit into one of the categories below we will kindly direct you to more appropriate art communities!

cryptoart / NFT
Metaverse
psychedelic style art
surrealism
experimental
visionary art
spiritual or occult/esoteric
space themed
outsider art
strange and bizarre themes or styles
Music, writing, and poetry are also welcome if they fall into these categories.

Feel free to post any creative medium or style you can dream of. The only firm criteria that will be enforced is that the content must be original art made by you. We are strong supporters of artistic freedom and see nothing wrong with taking inspiration from other artists or remixing to create something entirely new. If however the art is not made from scratch it's good etiquette to cite your sources so people can understand exactly what they are curating.

Lol yeah cause My city is like bladerunner / madmax and robocop 1 delta forcé city scenario lol so the Progress ends here in 80s / 90s so all the city get that kind of vibes too. 80s future city but now very distopic: garbage, broken walls, empty Big towers without walls, very apocaliptic scenario really sad But i can remember the 80s age when this city and the country was so rich and all the stuffs here was cool: new buildings, new metro system, amazing Night life, But since 1999 still now the "comunism revolutión" they broke the country into poverty and Starving...so now is a hell living mess chaotic country, so, some of My art have the same chaotic vibes :p :/

That will definitely inspire some passionate art! Robocop 1 was filmed here in Dallas, Texas. I think it would be cool to have a Miami Vice vibe to the city in true honor of the Awesome 80's. I think we could skip the communism though and be retro instead of dystopic. I am sure there will arise order out of chaos... it's not really an if but rather a when! Hang in there bro...

Well is irónic cause a Lot of Venezuelan people scape from here to Texas (Houston) and Miami / Orlando / that kind of art Deco vibes with Florida latín vibes is very cool to venezuelan people, but the irónic is in 70/80/90s tons of people travel like tourist from here to Miami for shoping / Disney / and travel . Btw My parents lives there in 1981 and later they return here in 82 and I born here. I'm almost born in Daltona. But of course I love to create art with another kind of vibes very far with our reality. I only had two artwork inspired in Caracas chaos. The other part of My entire artwork is about Another cool stuffs ( only My paint Hungry that reflect My personal Starving reality in 2017) but My entire art is about retro and ataris / My músic is midi with atari and retro stuffs lol bless

However, since your first post was past the payout period, which was my fault for not getting out the report on time, you came out with Anubis just in time! Both are amazing works of art! Yes, i went out of town and was a couple days behind the normal schedule. We try to get the curation report out so that there is time for all the artists to receive support on their posts beyond the OCD curation. We are really looking forward to seeing more of your creative works! =)

I did some art recently trying to recreate neon. It's a tough challenge and i think you nailed it! Great job and interesting idea.

Variety is the spice of life! hahaha I think you did a great job taking your inspiration and making it your own. The addition of the red circles was also very cool. At first, i wasn't sure about the bleed out of the circle on the left knee.... but now i think it feels more raw and organic. I wouldn't change a thing. The face is really the focal point for me. Great job and thanks for sharing with the community!
