I liked the writing; it invites us to engage in introspection.
We actually possess the capacity for boundless freedom of thought, yet we forge our own chains out of habit, conditioning, and the illusion of security.
Most of these chains are imposed on us from birth, as we grow up in a society that leads us like a flock of dogmatized sheep.
I guess you're very right. What I find most amusing is the sarcasm behind this fact and the fact that most of us are actually aware of it. :-D
You know... The flock of sheep runs in circles and not one wonders why. We, on the other hand, also run in these circles, fully aware of the situation.
