This is my entry for this week contest of the Splinterlands art contest, and as you can see i draw Cauldron Dweller character :
Today while i was setting on my balcony and reading my lecture i found an empty paper in the end of the paper lecture.
So i started to think of drawing a sketch for the art contest.
I searched in the Splinterlands cards site for a lot of cards, but i wanted to find something simple and beautiful to make, cause i can't to draw a big card on my lecture..lol. (i hope my professor doesn't see it 🤣).
After an hour of searching i found those characters which it's the first time i have seen them in the site, and i really liked them so much because they are new for me and very iconic to draw also they are different than the usual cards that's i used to draw before..

Then i started to think which one i should draw it was hard to choose really.. lol
At first i thought about Lesser crow
But i found it boring and wanted something more magical. ✨
So i pick Cauldron Dweller and i really liked it, and maybe in the other contests i will redraw it in better way.
When i have more time to work on details and maybe to add some things to it.
Anyway, after i chose it i took this empty paper and started making the out lines in my blue pen and it was the first time that i draw in my blue pen something for the contest here. But i found drawing with it so fun.
So i made the out lines and put the details to improve my drawing.. after that i made soft shade's to it.
When i finish drawing on the paper i wrote my signature artking
On the wright top of the drawing.
And took a picture to it.. and continued the process in Snapseed application on my android phone to but the soft colors and improve the shades and lighting.
And with that i made my simple beautiful art work on my lecture paper.
I really liked the last result and hope you like it, i want to mention that the whole time took from me about half hour and on the phone was 15 minutes.
And the tools was :
- White A4 paper.
- Blue pen.
- Snapseed application (Android version).
With all those simple tools i made this cute sketch of the character.
Now i will show you the process using photos ( step by step ) :
In this step here after i moved my drawing to the snapseed application, which i really recommend it to you to use it cause it's so easy and so beautiful to make edits on it for photos..
And as you see here this is the last result of my drawing 🔥🔥 :
Don't know what to draw for the next week contest can someone give an idea of a new character to draw and i didn't draw it before.. 😅😅
And don't forget to tell me your opinion about it, even it's a quick sketch with simple tools but it was a nice drawing.
