There is a branch of medicine, which is perhaps not very well known, but which I have been studying for over fourteen years, that links ailments, illnesses and discomfort to emotions; they stem from there, and more and more doctors are applying this approach. In fact, it has helped me enormously to understand what is happening to me, what I am feeling, and how to resolve it. These discomforts can disappear. For example, my brother used to suffer from migraines, very severe ones, which stemmed from stress at work; he also suffered from asthma, which was linked to an environment that made him feel suffocated. When the cause disappears, everything else tends to fall into place more easily too. What a great topic you’ve brought up this time, it’s of great interest to me.
The design captures that unease, that feeling of being on a knife-edge or on the verge of feeling really unwell. It’s brilliant! As always, you’ve done an excellent job. Thank you so much and a big hug!💗

You are correct @avdesing that your emotional state has a lot to do with your physical state of well being. Understanding why you feel a certain way and addressing it can help alleviate the physical aspects that may result from those feeling. I'm pleased that you connected with my report and design. Knowing there was a name to what I was feeling helped me to not think I was imagining it.
Years ago before my oldest sister passed away, she would complain of numerous ailments. Back then, people labeled you as a hypochondriac. I would feel bad for her because she would always look and act like she was in real pain. However, the doctors couldn't find anything wrong. I think back on those days when medicine hadn't defined Malaise. It's too easy to dismiss someone's feelings as false when in fact there were reasons behind them.
Thanks so much for your visit and engagement on the subject. I appreciate it. Take care and have a good rest of your week. I appreciate you selecting my article for the Liotes OurPick project.
I’ve been studying this subject for many years and have healed myself through learning, which is why I know that by recognising that poorly managed emotion, the ailment can go away. Thank you for tackling such a profound topic. Best wishes and have a lovely day!
