Hello Hive community, I hope you are having a wonderful day! i am glad that i am going to participate (a little late) on the inktober this year. For the people who do not know of what i am writing about, inktober is a challage where every day of the october month, it will be a subject to draw with ink.
Hola comunidad de Hive, ¡espero que estén teniendo un día maravilloso! estoy feliz de que voy a participar (un poco atrasada) en el inktober este año. Para las personas que no sepan de que estoy escribiendo, inktober es un desafío donde cada día se dibuja un tema diferente con tinta.
The first 2 days i made drawings with black ink, but i cleared the room and find black carboards from old boxes and i wanted to reuse this material. The subject for day 3 was: Bat. Since I like birds, I imagined this scene, a budgie upside down imitating a bat. I hope you like it!
Los primeros 2 días hice dibujos con tinta negra, pero despejé la habitación y encontré cartulina negra de cajas viejas y quise reutilizar este material. El tema para el día 3 fue: Murciélago. Como me gustan las aves me imaginé ésta escena, un periquito de cabeza imitando un murciélago. Espero les guste!
First i made a sketck with a pencil over a black cardboard.
Primero hize un boceto con un lápiz sobre una cartulina negra.
Second i drew with a white gel ink the budgie and with a gold marker i painted his beak.
Segudo dibujé con tinta gel blanca el periquito y con marcador dorado pinté su pico.
Third i drew the bat, this was a little hard for me because I am used to painting backwards, marking the shadows and with white ink it is to paint the reflections and leave the dark parts unpainted. I also added the funny thought of the parakeet for being upside down.
Tercero dibujé el murciélago, esto fue un poco difícil para mí porque estoy acostumbrada a pintar al revés, marcar las sombras y con la tinta blanca es pintar los reflejos y dejar sin pintar las partes oscuras. También agregué el pensamiento divertido del periquito por estar de cabeza.
Lastly I painted the background, first some big dots with the gold colored marker, I thought of leaving it just as lights in the sky but then I wanted to experiment a little more and made those swirls/stars.
De último pinté el fondo, primero unos puntos grandes con el marcador de color dorado, pensé en dejarlo solo como luces en el cielo pero después quize experimentar un poco más e hice esos remolinos/ estrellas.
