Hi guys, I’ve had a rough week with some little breakthroughs. For the past month I have been back to work fully and making time in between to draw and make posts have been almost impossible. I was hoping when I shared the Homer drawing I did few days ago that I will be able to follow it up with another one. I was wrong. Even before I was able to draw this Flame Mephit, it took a lot of dodging and running from my superiors at work (office work sucks when you’re not up the ladder).
You can tell how horridly I did her skin as compared to the clothing and other parts of her body. If the deadline was on Saturday though, I might still be able to meet up. Maybe I’ll try drawing next week’s entry this Saturday or Sunday.
My hope were high on this rendition and I mixed her clothing the best I could. The flames were a piece of cake. I had the thought of making her into a full genie but the space might not properly outline what I had in mind so I stuck with the process.
To achieve this little spec I used different shades of colours; yellow, green, blue, orange, red, brown and black.
