Hi bloggers these days I've been a bit away from drawing and of course I don't want that. The feelings of uncertainty in my life want to take over me, and that makes me not let my creativity fly so in this post I'm going to see how I'm doing against it.

It occurred to me that for this illustration I'm going to tell a story at the same time I'm writing this post, and I'd like you to tell me what you think at the end, so I'll see if it's possible to block thoughts and be creative at the same time.

Hola bloggers estos días he estado un poco alejado de los dibujos y por supuesto no quiero eso. Los sentimientos de incertidumbre en mi vida quieren apoderarse de mí, y eso hace que no deje volar mi creatividad así que en este post voy a ver como me va contra ello.

Se me ocurrió que para est ilustración voy a ir contando una historia al mismo tiempo que voy escribiendo este post, y me gustaria que al final me contarás qué te pareció, así voy a ver si es posible bloquear pensamientos y ser creativos al mismo tiempo.

Andy was a city girl, she spent her days studying and had no time to have friends; in fact, no one paid much attention to her and her only friends were the books waiting for her when she got home. This did not matter much to her. The most important thing was that her parents were going to work, and they could not spend much time with her. And that really made her sad.

Every morning she got up and repeated the same thing every day. She tried going to the park and running and still felt so lonely. One morning she sat at her window thinking and waiting for the time to pass; and she noticed that a small yellow bird, as pretty as the sun itself, landed on her window balcony.

Andy era una chica de ciudad, pasaba sus días estudiando y no tenía tiempo de tener amigos; es más nadie le prestaba mucha atención y sus únicos amigos eran los libros que le esperaban al llegar a casa. Esto no le importaba mucho. Lo más importante es que sus padres iban al trabajo, y no podían compartir mucho tiempo con ella. Y eso si que le hacía sentir triste.

Cada mañana se levantaba y repetía lo mismo todos los días. Probó ir al parque y correr e igual se seguía sintiendo tan sola. Una mañana se sentó en su ventana a pensar y a esperar que pasara el tiempo; y notó que una pequeña ave amarilla tan linda como el sol mismo, se posó en el balcón de su ventana.

The little bird only stayed for a few minutes and Andy spent all that time watching and touching him. He gave him some birdseed and then flew away. Andy found it a rather curious and peaceful event.

Every day that andy felt sad . The little bird arrived at her window and then flew away, which made andy's day better. For her it was very curious that every time she felt sad the bird came to her window.

La pequeña ave solo se quedó unos minutos y andy pasó todo ese tiempo viendole y tocandole . Le dió un poco de alpiste y luego emprendió su vuelo. A andy le pareció un hecho un tanto curioso y tranquilo.

Todos los días que andy se sentía triste . La pequeña ave arribaba a su ventana y luego se marchaba, esto hacía que andy mejorará su dia. Para ella era muy curioso que cada que sentía tristeza el ave llegaba a su ventana.

Time went by and Andy felt less and less sad, her parents took her to the park and she started to meet more friends in her new school year. Every day when she got home she would go to her window, to see if the bird would visit her again, but the frequency with which the bird landed at her window was less and less. So he waited for the next day. One day that beautiful bird stopped visiting him and he understood that the bird only visited him to make him feel better. But she no longer felt sad like before, now she was a happy girl and understood that her yellow friend was there in all her moments of weakness.

And never again did a bird perch at her window, but she was very, very happy.

El tiempo transcurrió y Andy se sentía cada vez menos triste, sus padres ya la llevaban al parque y empezó a conocer mas amigos en su nuevo año de colegio. Todos los días al llegar a casa iba a su ventana, a ver si el ave le visitaba de nuevo, pero la frecuencia con que el ave se posaba en su ventana cada vez era menor. Así que la esperaba el siguiente dia. Un dia dejó de visitarle aquella hermosa ave y entendió que el ave solo le visitaba para hacerle sentir mejor. Pero ya no se sentía triste como antes ahora era una niña feliz y entendió que su amiga amarilla estuvo allí en todo sus momentos de debilidad.

Y ya nunca más se posó un ave en su ventana, pero fue muy pero muy feliz.
