Wandering at night in Rennes City part 5 (Lightpainting on Hive)

Hi everyone,

This picture was taken on a brand new pedestrian bridge I found 10 days ago in the city of Rennes.

Here's the bridge with a simple lighting using the backlight scanner made by @lacelight :

Ce cliché a été pris sur une passerelle piétonne flambant neuve sur laquelle je suis tombé il y a 10 jours à Rennes.

Voici le pont avec un éclairage simple en utilisant le "backlight scanner" conçu par @lacelight :

Here's a basic 8-way rotation stuff using a powerful flashlight, a gimbal head to make the camera rotate on its axis and a cardboard to cap/uncap the lens when wanted.

C'est une rotation en 8 angles basique, pour laquelle je me suis servi d'une lampe torche puissante, d'une tête pendulaire pour faire tourner l'appareil photo sur son axe et d'un morceau de carton pour cacher/décacher l'objectif.

WHAT IS LIGHTPAINTING?
Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.

May I ask one question?
If I understand correctly, you rotate the camera around the optical axis of the lens, which tripod head allows you to perform this trick?
I was looking for different options for panoramic heads, but everything was wrong...
