Immolation | SPT W-368 | Splinterlands Art Contest, Digital Art

This is my 143rd post since I entered the weekly art contest held by @Splinterlands.

Here I drawing the character Immolation from the Splinterlands Immolation card game.

I drawing this Splinterlands fanart character because it reminded me of Ichigo from the anime Bleach, who becomes a Yokai or spirit fighting hollows or vengeful spirits.

This Immolation character is quite unique, with his face and neck resembling a monster from hell and a body of transparent flames that reveal bones that are clearly burned from the outside.

I created this character with a background filled with white smoke and sparks surrounding Immolation.

This character looks very powerful and merciless, more like a guardian of hell.

I'm quite happy to participate and draw Splinterlands characters to practice my illustration skills.

Overall, making Splinterlands fanart is always fun, because there are so many characters to create fanart with.

For the coloring, I use an American comic book style.

To create this character, I used rough pencil line art to make it look more like hand-drawn ink on paper.

This time, I didn't have a goal, because just participating in the @splinterlands character drawing competition is already really cool in my opinion.

Also, thank you to my friends in the Hive community, curators, and other artists who have always supported my work.

This work took me 6.5 hours, with 2.5 hours of line sketching and 4 hours of coloring and effects.
