And remove the vestigages

And mistakes
And face the wrath
Of those you leave behind
The scorn in the voices
The judgments of their words
Will sting
As they ring
In ears turned forwards.
You are not a firework
But you're alive
You'll revive
New and different
Slightly blighted
From the pain endured
But nonetheless
You'll survive
With vision blurred
But thriving.
