I wish my scanner was bigger. That line drives me nuts.
I'm not actually sure this is acrylic. It may be oil. I was still getting the hang of oil then and probably just wanted something simple to learn how to properly smear some color around.
I love this one though. Simple. Balanced. Abstract enough to make it inoffensive to certain prudes in the crowd.
Not sure about that hand though.
Perhaps I should use my fancy camera to take a better image of it. Hand and all. One day.
