The Four of Pentacles makes its comeback in panel 1 where we see Margaret unintentionally mirroring the painting behind her. We also show on her other shoulder, the two of cups a card indicating cooperation, often spiritual or romantic. Theresa is always trying to ship Margaret and Hazel as a couple so she snuck that one in there even though it wasn't in my scene description haha.
In panel 2 we see the 3 of cups, a card of cooperation and social cohesion, because in this scene, Margaret wishes to exclude Mookie and Ruth from the investigation, but Hazel wants to make new friends.
Meanwhile, Harvey is dying inside the Book of Seams, that is his bloody handprint.
