RE: Do you remember your dreams?/ Kannst du dich an deine Träume erinnern? (ENG/ DE)

Interesting post. I have had (in my 20s) recurring nightmares of zombie apocalypse, but I never tried any techniques to control the nightmare. Like you described, I would wake up afraid and sweating. Eventually, I stopped having them. The fact that there are similar dream themes across cultures must be the key to something! Don't ask me what though. 😏

Dreams can be like movies, isn't it? Indeed it's interesting what the mind pictures out. I hope the zombies in your dreams were the classical slow and dump ones... 😅🤣Not resistant evil or this modern fast ones. 🫨 I think zombies I personally never dreamed about. But Ghibli Studio like stuff... 😋

Pleasant dreams seem elusive, but also the most nicest thing. Usually they are dull or random, just like processing the day. But that's better than terrifying dreams.

Yes, the random dreams a cool. How the mind surprise us with such fantasy worlds isn't it? Have a beautiful day my dear. 🙏🏼
