I created this piece from a place where my imagination ran wild. Using only a pen, I let my hand do the illustration. At first, it felt like I was drawing a monkey those wide, curious eyes and a strong, rounded nose. But then, shapes began to turn into something crazy. The ears stretched longer, the head curved into strange ridges, and small bumps crowned the forehead like secret antennas.
Every line is a scribble, messy yet intentional, diffused like thoughts that refuse to stay still. I didn’t erase or plan to, I just let the lines overlap until shadows and light slowly emerged, giving the creature life. When I looked into its eyes, I felt like it was looking back at me curious, as if it knew stories from both the deep forests of Earth and the far reaches of space.
Often times I feel after God artist are the next, because we can create thjngs out of the blue, by simply imagination.
