Buenos días, tardes o noches, bienvenidos a mi post. Pasé algún tiempo sin publicar por dos motivos: el primero, con la tecnología (no contaba con servicio de internet), el segundo motivo, asuntos de salud emocional. Sin embargo, sigo dibujando, en esta oportunidad me llevó a realizar este post la situación de focos de guerra que se encuentran en nuestro mundo.
No sólo me refiero al conflicto que la mayoría conocemos. Sabiendo que los tiempos y las formas de hacer las cosas han cambiado, esto me llevó a preguntarme ¿Cómo saber si un país está en guerra más allá de lo evidente? Y mis disertaciones e investigación me llevaron a dilucidar lo siguiente, que iré compartiendo con ustedes a medida que muestro el paso a paso de la ilustración, sin más, acompáñenme.
Good morning, afternoon or evening, welcome to my post. I spent some time without publishing for two reasons: the first, with technology (I did not have internet service), the second reason, emotional health issues. However, I continue drawing, this time, it led me to make this post the situation of outbreaks of war that are found in our world.
I am not only referring to the conflict that most of us know. Knowing that times and ways of doing things have changed, this led me to ask myself, how to know if a country is at war beyond the obvious? And my dissertations and research led me to elucidate the following, which I will share with you as I show the illustration step by step, without further, come with me.
Las guerras híbridas son el estandarte en los actuales momentos. Ya no se realizan declaraciones de guerra mediante la firma de un tratado como instrumento diplomático, documento que identifica los actores: los enemigos. Sin documentación escrita, quedamos a merced de la propaganda e información, siendo este medio la primera línea de artillería; es difícil entender cuándo ha comenzado. De esta forma el interés por las causas se puede discernir después, lo importante es que ya la guerra está en marcha.
Hybrid wars are the standard at the present time. Declarations of war are no longer made by signing a treaty as a diplomatic instrument, a document that identifies the actors: the enemies. Without written documentation, we remain at the mercy of propaganda and information, this medium being the first line of artillery; it's hard to understand when it started. In this way the interest in the causes can be discerned later, the important thing is that the war is already underway.
El primer marcador está separado en dos etapas. La primera inicia con una oleada de dominio de los hechos. Se inicia el uso de propaganda por parte de los involucrados en el conflicto, donde se interpretan los hechos de forma convenientes para cada una de las partes. Apelan al patriotismo y al pasado, la nostalgia. Lo emotivo hace que un conflicto del que vas a ser víctima, te haga sentir un héroe, héroe que pasará a la posteridad como los próceres de la nación.
La segunda etapa está marcada por las dificultades que se tienen para dar tu opinión. Así como la de ejercer el periodismo, (bien de forma profesional o amateur) de esta forma, es difícil poder crear un criterio propio. Por supuesto, aturdido con los gritos de los fantasmas del pasado, el peso de la soberanía, defensa y agresión. Todo esto, promocionado por los medios de difusión, así como la justificación de un enemigo que se respalda con un escudo de personas, la guerra está en marcha.
The first marker is separated into two stages. The first begins with a wave of command of the facts. The use of propaganda by those involved in the conflict begins, where the facts are interpreted in a convenient way for each of the parties. They appeal to patriotism and to the past, nostalgia. The emotional makes a conflict of which you are going to be a victim, makes you feel like a hero, a hero who will go down in posterity as the heroes of the nation.
The second stage is marked by the difficulties you have in giving your opinion. As well as practicing journalism (either professionally or amateurishly) in this way, it is difficult to create your own criteria. Of course, stunned with the screams of the ghosts of the past, the weight of sovereignty, defense and aggression. All this, promoted by the media, as well as the justification of an enemy that is backed by a shield of people, the war is on.
El segundo paso es la movilización de tropas, no mal interpretes esto, no hablo de soldados, hablo de civiles, movilizaciones de personas que migran por miedo a la inminente acción de un enemigo. Así como la aparición de logística, el soporte a largo plazo de los civiles que se movilizan. Los hospitales de campaña o los acuerdos tácitos con terceros. Éstos representan un paso avanzado en el conflicto trayendo como consecuencia acumulación de medios humanos y recursos que se desplazaron. Se aceleran los roces con los países vecinos.
Para los migrantes se reducen las expectativas de volver a casa. Aparecen cuerpos diplomáticos necesarios para la acción y la gestión diaria en las zonas de acogida. Ahora surgirán las primeras movilizaciones militares para proteger a los forzados a la movilización, en muchas ocasiones victimas de segregación y otras miserias humanas.
The second step is the mobilization of troops, do not misunderstand this, I am not talking about soldiers, I am talking about civilians, mobilizations of people who migrate for fear of the imminent action of an enemy. As well as the appearance of logistics, the long-term support of the civilians who are mobilized. Field hospitals or tacit agreements with third parties. These represent an advanced step in the conflict, bringing as a consequence the accumulation of human resources and displaced resources. Frictions with neighboring countries are accelerating.
For migrants, the expectations of returning home are reduced. Diplomatic bodies appear necessary for action and daily management in the host areas. Now, the first military mobilizations will emerge to protect those forced to mobilize, on many occasions victims of segregation and other human miseries.
El tercero es la profundización de las dinámicas digitales. Todo lo que entendemos como expansión del poder territorial pasa a ser un plano secundario y de menor relevancia en la estrategia digital. Hablo de: ciber ataques, trolls y bloqueo de instituciones de gobierno. Así como la utilización de personas, programas “bots” e incluso inteligencia artificial para crear y divulgar contenido.
Son la prioridad en la puesta en marcha digital, para el habitante, pueblo o ciudadano, es casi imposible identificar que es censura y qué es propaganda. Al mismo tiempo, limitar o anular la llegada de servicios digitales, provisiones y servicios, entorpecer la actividad económica. También, el impulso del fraude, el sabotaje y evasión de leyes para obtener beneficios, justificado en todo momento por un bien mayor. Sobre todo, no poner cara a los ataques que se llevan a cabo.
The third is the deepening of digital dynamics. Everything that we understand as the expansion of territorial power becomes secondary and less relevant in the digital strategy. I'm talking about: cyber attacks, trolls and blockade of government institutions. As well as the use of people, "bot" programs and even artificial intelligence to create and disseminate content.
They are the priority in the digital implementation, for the inhabitant, town or citizen, it is almost impossible to identify what is censorship and what is propaganda. At the same time, limiting or nullifying the arrival of digital services, provisions and services, hinder economic activity. Also, the impulse of fraud, sabotage and evasion of laws to obtain benefits, justified at all times by a greater good. Above all, do not put a face to the attacks that are carried out.
El cuarto marcador es la avanzada de los conflictos internos. Las guerras abandonan su carácter de invasión y el enemigo interno comienza. Ayudas económicas y apoyos a partidos políticos para fortalecer una facción que será víctima y victimario. Lo que interesa es el desorden, la falta de organización y la consolidación de organizaciones criminales.
Para saber si una guerra está en marcha en tu territorio, comprueben quien da soporte financiero y político a alguna causa genérica, es decir: comunidades que se consideran como minorías, grupos que se encuentran en procesos de redención de actos históricos, quienes llevan a cabo referendos sin observadores y de forma no legitima, transparente o de manera improvisada, organizaciones que piden diálogos por medios no convencionales o con intervenciones de partes “neutrales”. Estas conversaciones están para fortalecer la corrupción acordadas en cuanto a los futuros acuerdos y concesiones. Me temo que, si ya ves esto, la guerra ya está instaurada.
The fourth marker is the outpost of internal conflicts. The wars abandon their character of invasion and the internal enemy begins. Economic aid and support for political parties to strengthen a faction that will be victim and victimizer. What matters is the disorder, the lack of organization and the consolidation of criminal organizations.
To find out if a war is underway in your territory, check who gives financial and political support to some generic cause, that is: communities that consider themselves minorities, groups that are in the process of redemption of historical acts, those who carry out referendums without observers and in a non-legitimate, transparent or improvised manner, organizations that request dialogue by unconventional means or with interventions by “neutral” parties. These talks are to strengthen the agreed corruption regarding future agreements and concessions. I am afraid that, if you already see this, the war is already established.
En este punto el quinto marcador, es uno de los últimos pasos o consecuencia de los acuerdos. Si el invasor, contrincante o adversario, logró fragmentar e infiltrar los conflictos antes mencionados, al territorio (o ya estaban y los intensificó) solo se desarrollarán los siguientes acontecimientos. Las negociaciones fueron relevantes y dieron frutos que favorecen al trato que salva al territorio del hambre, la enfermedad y muerte, así como derechos básicos que fueron violentados en las primeras etapas. El proceso de expansión por el agresor fue completado, sin que se comenzara una intervención caliente en nombre de la paz y para salvaguardar el territorio.
Es claro que existen otros indicadores, esto tiene que ver con las características del territorio que se va o está siendo invadido. Orientación política, índices de mortalidad y natalidad, aspectos culturales o religiosos. Conflictos de base sociales, resentimientos (cualquier cosa, término o etiqueta que diferencie unos de otros, es y va a ser utilizado).
At this point the fifth marker is one of the last steps or consequence of the agreements. If the invader, opponent or adversary, managed to fragment and infiltrate the aforementioned conflicts, the territory (or already existed and intensified them) will only develop the following events. The negotiations were relevant and bore fruit, that favors the treatment that saves the territory from hunger, disease and death, as well as basic rights that were violated in the early stages. The expansion process by the aggressor was completed, without beginning a hot intervention in the name of peace and to safeguard the territory.
It is clear that there are other indicators, this has to do with the characteristics of the territory that is leaving or being invaded. Political orientation, mortality and birth rates, cultural or religious aspects. Social base conflicts, resentments (anything, term or label that differentiates one from another, is and will be used).
