Fire Elemental…a provocative version…basks in her own flames as it consumes her body…with her skin-like shell charring and sweating from the smoke and heat.
Reference Image - Fire Elemental
Using Daz3d Studio and Photoshop
Started with a Genesis 9 Female Template.
I morphed the body, changed her position, and facial expression.
Added texture and color.
Added eye makeup, changed eye color and added hair…plus changed to a black background.
Added more muscle definition to her body.
Added fire-chard smoky skin.
Added some fire portals to the background.
Added a background light to light up her hair and background…gave her skin some moisture for sweat…and added a blazing fire and smoke…then rendered.
In Photoshop, I added some sun flare in the bottom left corner…and I gave her eyes a sharp yellow glow.
Tools and assets used:
Daz3D Studio, Iray and Photoshop
Genesis 9 Female Template
KGDS Dirt Shell
Soft Curls Long Hair
Portal Cloud and Rings
DTPM Inferno
Daz3D Lighting
Infinity Cove Background
In Summary:
- I start out with a model template and morph the body physically.
- I put the body into a position, change facial expressions, add makeup, dress the model, add skin texture, props, etc…
- I either can embed the character into the background or wrap the environment around the character, then add lighting and camera settings, like depth of field.
- Rendering times can take 2 to 6 hours per render.
- Postwork in Photoshop (adding imperfections in the skin, changing atmosphere and lighting, etc…)
Stay frosty people.
I like the result a lot. Her hair, and face / eyes / sight, were the best part for me.
