hello community, this is my drawing for this week's @splinterlands contest, today I drew a legendary mana of death that I really liked its design because it looks a lot like a wendigo and is one of my favorite mythical creatures, I hope you like it as much as I do. For this drawing I used various types of colors to give it those shades of gray and black so that more details could be seen.
hola comunidad, este es mi dibujo para el concurso de esta semana de @splinterlands, hoy dibuje un legendario del mana de muerte que me gusto mucho su diseño ya que se parece mucho a un wendigo y es una de mis criaturas miticas favoritas, espero les guste tanto como a mi. para este dibujo utilice varios tipos de todos de colores para darle esos tonos de gris y negro para que se vieran mas detalles.
Firstly I made the guide lines with the mechanical pencil of how I wanted the character's body to be so that it would be easier for me when drawing and to know how his pose would be, I used a ring to help the camera focus the image and make it look better.
primeramente hice con el portaminas las lineas guias de como queria que estuviera el cuerpo del personaje para que se me hiciera mas facil a la hora de dibujar y saber ya como estaria su pose, utilice un anillo para ayudar a la camara a enfocar la imagen y que se viera mejor.
Once the reference with the guide lines was finished, I began to draw the head of the character following the reference drawn before, this was the part that I put the most care in since I really like to draw this type of skull and I wanted it to look good.
una vez terminada la referencia con las lineas guia, comence a dibujar la cabeza del personaje siguiendo la referencia antes dibujada, esta fue la parte que mas cuidado le puse ya que este tipo de craneos me gusta mucho dibujarlo y queria que quedara muy bien.
With the head drawn, I started with the body and arms, I didn't want to give him such a muscular body since after all the character is a powerful shaman, he wouldn't have to be a muscular being to impose his power since his power goes further beyond the physical
ya con la cabeza dibujada empece con el torso y los brazos, no quise darle un cuerpo tan musculoso ya que a fin de cuentas el personaje es un poderoso shaman, no tendria que ser un ser musculoso para imponer su poder ya que su poder va mas alla de lo fisico.
Once the drawing made with the mechanical pencil of this character is finished, it is ready to start with the ink layer, but before I gave it a few touches of shadow with the mechanical pencil.
ya terminado el dibujo hecho con el portaminas de este personaje ya esta listo para empezar con la capa de tinta, pero antes le di unos toques de sombra con el portaminas.
Here we can see the shadow that I put with the mechanical pencil using the vertical lines technique to give me a better idea of how the final drawing will be.
aqui podemos ver la sombra que le puse con el portaminas utilizando la tecnica de lineas verticales para que me de una mejor idea de como va a ser el dibujo final.
Here I began to draw the character with ink, I started with the chest and arms, which is the largest part of the drawing and the one I like to do first because it is like the center of the drawing and the more detailed I see, the more I get an idea of the character final result
ya aqui empece a dibujar con la tinta el personaje, empece por el torso que es la parte mas grande del dibujo y la que me gusta hacer de primero porque es como el centro del dibujo y mientras mas detallado lo vea mas me doy una idea del resultado final
At this point I already have the whole drawing outlined with the ink pen ready to receive the shading.
en este punto ya tengo todo el dibujo delineado con el lapicero de tinta listo para recibir el sombreado.
And here I started with my other favorite part of drawing and it is to give the shadows so that the drawing looks a little more realistic, I made this layer of shadows with a black marker.
ya aqui empece con mi otra parte favorita de dibujar y es la de darle las sombras para que el dibujo se vea un poco mas realista, esta capa de sombras las hice con un marcador negro.
Here I added a little more detail to the shadows so that the character's body would stand out more.
aqui le agregue un poco mas de detalles a las sombras para que resaltara mas el cuerpo del personaje.
Here the drawing was finished, but after I saw it well I didn't like that it didn't have any more detail apart from the drawing so I made a circle behind it as if to refer to the rotating vortex that was found in the forest.
ya aqui el dibujo estaba terminado, pero luego que lo vi bien no me gustaba que no tuviera ningun detalle mas aparte del dibujo asi que le hice un circulo detras como para hacer referencia al vortex giratorio que se encontro en el bosque.
and here is skok duskblight, the whole drawing was made with different types of colors to give the character different types of shadows, I hope you like it as much as I do and thanks for your support.
y aqui tienen a skok duskblight, todo el dibujo fue hecho con distintos tipos de colores para darle los distintos tipos de sombras al personaje, espero les guste tanto como a mi y gracias por el apoyo.
