Hello my dear hive friends, battle mages and fellow artist, welcome to my new art blog! THE ANGELS OF LIGHT?

LORE IN SPLINTERLANDS:

The Angel of Light protects and guides her Khymian children. The Angel is the only person in the Splinterlands that can resurrect the dead. Many worship the Angel of Light as a Goddess, even though this is forbidden by the Silver Shield. These heretics are called Angelists.

🎨THE ART PROCES AND THE MATERIALS USED 🎨

Materials used:

-ipad
-apple pencil
-procreate

Art Process:

The first thing I do is conceptualize my art on how I want it to look as a finished drawing. I input as much details as i want to see in the final drawing in my line art. What I mean is that I inclund the details that I want in my line art even though I"ll be eresing it in the steps along the way to render the particular part.

After finalizing my lineart, I started to plot the base colors for the character that im drawing. In this drawing i imagine angel of light on a sky castle. After adding the base color I proceeded with the rendering of the wings,

I really dont know how to render the feathers in the wings, I just literally winged it until I was kind of satisfied on how it looked. I was just surprised on the rendering that I have come up with... It was not expected.

Here I was dont with rendering the the hair the skin and I also added the render on the face. With this the character if almost down so I decided to shift to rendering the background of the drawing and the foreground.

So far so good, the only thing left to th here is to render the rest of the drawing and its all done. Next i added the render in the bracers, cloths and some highlight foreground rendering.

With that done my entry for week 315 in the splinterlands art contest is done. I hope that everyone liked my drawing and enjoyed reading through this blog.
