Using the same algorithm as my previous post, I tried a different perspective, and now it looks more like an electronica/ambient music album cover.
Just playing with one parameter will drastically change the way the node system behaves. I tweaked the revolution time of my loop by .001 and the shape turned from a flower (very close to a circular rotation, basically) to a knot, resembling a DNA chain but with 12 helix.
I tried 2 different perspective. in the first one, I like the balance between the empty top left corner and the bottom right. But in the second one (which follows), I prefer the way the curvature of the helix naturally introduces the orb with its curvature. What do you think?
And obviously, I animated it, because WHY NOT right.
I'm really loving these. It reminds me of space-time getting warped around a supermassive blackhole or something like that.
