Well, I've always liked angels, I remember even having a little postcard with an Angel in my wallet when I was little and I wrote a little novel about them. Although he did not worship saints, he admired angels. And I really thought that they would bring me protection.
Now I see things differently, but they continue to fascinate me. This was done based on one concept: a wanderer.
Then I thought of a lost Angel, who doesn't have a purpose or a reason to move on. So they wander, they don't even fly anymore, but they walk, they walk aimlessly, without destination... without identity.
Sometimes I look back at this work and think about what it might represent, and somehow I still feel related. Maybe that will change one day, but for now... Sometimes I can be like that, just like a wanderer...
This was made with pencil and a thin marker, on regular white paper.
Ahora veo las cosas de otra manera, pero me siguen fascinando. Esto se hizo en base a un concepto: un vagabundo.
Entonces pensé en un Ángel perdido, que no tiene un propósito o una razón para seguir adelante. Entonces deambulan, ya ni siquiera vuelan, pero caminan, caminan sin rumbo, sin destino... sin identidad.
A veces miro hacia atrás en este trabajo y pienso en lo que podría representar, y de alguna manera todavía me siento relacionado. Tal vez eso cambie algún día, pero por ahora... A veces puedo ser así, como un vagabundo...
Esto fue hecho con lápiz y un marcador delgado, en papel blanco normal.

Muy buen dibujo de un angel! Sobre todo el efecto de las alas y en como las tiene pegadas a su espalda, crear un efecto así no es nada facil. n.n
