Let me tell you a little bit about Lux Vega and why she inspires me so much. Lux Vega is a character full of style and elegance, and his unique design has captured my imagination from the moment I first saw him. His sophisticated attire and confident attitude make him a character that stands out from the crowd.
I decided to recreate Lux Vega in a casino-themed environment for this fan art. I wanted to incorporate iconic casino elements, such as dice and chips, to enhance his personality and aura of intrigue. I love how casino culture can evoke emotions of excitement, risk and luxury, and I felt it was the perfect setting to show Lux Vega in all its glory.
Working on this project was both an exciting and challenging experience. Turning Lux Vega into a Simpsons character always allows me to explore artistic style and try different elements. It was a fascinating creative process that led me to experiment with vibrant colors and dynamic lines, all while maintaining the essence and charm of Lux Vega.

No one knows who Lux Vega is or where she came from. Some say she is a wealthy heiress from the Mortician city of Beluroc. Others say her origins began as a humble priestess within the Peace of Light Monastery. Still, more say she is a graduate of the Summun Infuria, where she was personally trained by Malric Inferno. Whatever the truth behind her origins, though, one thing is certain.
Nadie sabe quién es Lux Vega ni de dónde viene. Algunos dicen que es una rica heredera de la ciudad morticida de Beluroc. Otros dicen que sus orígenes comenzaron como humilde sacerdotisa en el Monasterio de la Paz de la Luz. Process / Proceso
Before I started drawing, I spent time researching and collecting references on Lux Vega and the Simpsons' signature style. I studied the distinctive traits of the Simpsons characters, as well as the animation style and color palettes used in the show. I also researched casino culture to get ideas and visual references that would fit the theme of my fan art.
I began the process by creating an initial sketch. In this step, I focused on capturing Lux Vega's posture and graceful attitude, as well as the overall composition of the illustration. I iterated several times until I obtained a sketch that accurately represented my vision.
At this stage, I traced the main lines and contours of Lux Vega using a digital drawing tool. I kept the Simpsons style in mind, using smooth, simple lines to capture the unique aesthetic of the series.
After completing the outlines, I applied base colors to Lux Vega and the background of the illustration. I opted for a bright and vibrant color palette to capture the ambiance of a casino. Warm tones and colors related to casino chips and dice took center stage.
Next, I worked on the smaller details of the illustration. I added shading to give depth and volume to Lux Vega and the background elements. I used digital brushes that mimicked traditional shading techniques to achieve a proper lighting effect.
To enhance the feel of a casino environment, I added effects. I added subtle glows on the dice and chips to make them stand out. I also experimented with some lighting effects to give it an extra touch of authenticity.
In this final stage, I reviewed the illustration as a whole and made necessary adjustments. I made sure that all the elements were in harmony and that the image had a polished and coherent finish.
That was the process behind the creation of my Simpsons-style casino-themed digital drawing of Lux Vega. It was an exciting and challenging experience that allowed me to merge two artistic universes and express my creativity in a unique way. Antes de comenzar a dibujar, dediqué tiempo a investigar y recopilar referencias de Lux Vega y del estilo característico de los Simpsons. Estudié los rasgos distintivos de los personajes de los Simpsons, así como el estilo de animación y las paletas de colores utilizadas en el programa. También investigué sobre la cultura de los casinos para obtener ideas y referencias visuales que encajaran con la temática de mi fan art.
