For those who are not familiar with Splinterlands, it is a blockchain-based collectible card game. In this game, players build their deck of cards and battle against other players to earn rewards and level up. The character "SUPPLY RUNNER" is one of the characters in the game who is in charge of collecting supplies and provisions for his team. Now, let's get down to business! My adaptation of "SUPPLY RUNNER" in the Simpsons style. For this creation, I was inspired by the character of Nelson, the school bully. Nelson is an iconic Simpsons character, with his white shirt and defiant attitude. The result is a character with a lot of attitude and personality, ready to face any challenge that comes his way in Splinterlands. I loved combining the Simpsons aesthetic with the world of Splinterlands, creating something unique and fun. And that's all for today, folks. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi última creación: una adaptación del personaje "SUPPLY RUNNER" de Splinterlands al estilo de los Simpsons, utilizando como referencia al personaje de Nelson. Para aquellos que no están familiarizados con Splinterlands, es un juego de cartas coleccionables basado en blockchain. En este juego, los jugadores construyen su mazo de cartas y luchan contra otros jugadores para ganar recompensas y subir de nivel. El personaje "SUPPLY RUNNER" es uno de los personajes del juego que se encarga de recolectar suministros y provisiones para su equipo. Ahora, ¡vamos a lo que nos interesa! Mi adaptación de "SUPPLY RUNNER" al estilo de los Simpsons. Para esta creación, me inspiré en el personaje de Nelson, el matón de la escuela. Nelson es un personaje icónico de los Simpsons, con su camisa blanca y su actitud desafiante. El resultado es un personaje con mucha actitud y personalidad, listo para enfrentar cualquier desafío que se le presente en Splinterlands. Me encantó combinar la estética de los Simpsons con el mundo de Splinterlands, creando algo único y divertido. Y eso es todo por hoy, amigos. First, I started to create the basic form of the "SUPPLY RUNNER" character in the Simpsons style, using Nelson's character as a reference. I tried to capture the essence of the Splinterlands character, but adapting it to the Simpsons aesthetic. Once I had the basic shape of the character, I started working on the details. I added lines to define his facial features, such as his eyebrows and mouth. I tried to keep the Simpsons style in doing so, using clean and defined lines. After defining the lines and details, I started coloring the drawing. I used the Simpsons color palette to keep the aesthetics of the series, and added shadows and highlights to give depth and realism to the character. Finally, I added a minimalist yellow background to highlight the character even more. Once I finished the drawing, I exported it in high resolution and published it on my art blog and social media. I am very happy with the final result and I hope you liked the description of the process of creating the drawing.
Primero, comencé a crear la forma básica del personaje "SUPPLY RUNNER" al estilo de los Simpsons, utilizando como referencia el personaje de Nelson. Traté de capturar la esencia del personaje de Splinterlands, pero adaptándolo a la estética de los Simpsons. Una vez que tuve la forma básica del personaje, comencé a trabajar en los detalles. Añadí líneas para definir sus rasgos faciales, como sus cejas y su boca. Traté de mantener el estilo de los Simpsons al hacerlo, utilizando líneas limpias y definidas. Después de definir las líneas y los detalles, comencé a colorear el dibujo. Utilicé la paleta de colores de los Simpsons para mantener la estética de la serie, y añadí sombras y luces para darle profundidad y realismo al personaje. Finalmente, añadí un fondo minimalista de color amarillo para resaltar aún más el personaje. Una vez que terminé el dibujo, lo exporté en alta resolución y lo publiqué en mi blog de arte y en mis redes sociales. Every army should have them, every artisan should hire them, and every noble should own one. If you need absolutely anything, then a supply runner will get it for you. For their size they can carry vast amounts, they’re incredibly fast and they’ll even defend your deliveries with exuberant relish. Not only that but their expertise with the catapult they carry is renowned across the land. Countless confrontations have been recorded in the history books of these hired hands coming to the aid of convoys beset by bandits or roaming patrols attacked by the enemy. They have swarmed the foe, firing their shot down upon them and running havoc amongst their ranks with their incredible speed. Most of these forays have ended with the enemy fleeing, but those that did remain and fight didn’t last for long.
Todos los ejércitos deberían tenerlos, todos los artesanos deberían contratarlos y todos los nobles deberían poseer uno. Si necesitas cualquier cosa, un corredor de suministros te la conseguirá. Han abatido al enemigo, disparando sobre él y sembrando el caos entre sus filas con su increíble velocidad. La mayoría de estas incursiones han terminado con la huida del enemigo, pero los que se han quedado y han luchado no han durado mucho.
