Over some months, I haven't lay my hands on my digital app. Virtually all my works have been done traditionally with pen.
However, today I thought it would be nice to go back to something I used to do frequently. This time thought, not a human portrait but an animal.
Here, I sketched a lone baby deer resting behind a tree's stem with its body folding around itself as though it is feeling cold. I hope other bigger predators don't come for him as it is unsafe to be in the wild along at such a tender age.
The piece was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen. Below are my step-by-step processes:
