Legato100 is not an NFTHypeSquad project, but some of our members are participating and our both communities actually have a lot in common :)
Legato100 is a collaborative project of 100 art pieces and 100 music tracks. It's initiated by the musician NiftySax and the visual artist Kate Alexandria. NiftySax is a full-time professional musician, who recently started minting a collection of 100 saxophone improvisations on OpenSea and they started a huge collaboration project with 100 artists who create a cover artwork for each track.

It's a highly diverse collection of all kinds of different art styles!
They especially focused on newer artists in the NFT-space and try to bring them together to build a community where artists can connect and support each other.
A few days ago NiftySax has been on an interview in the art&coffee podcast to talk about his project and show the collection in their studio in the Somnium Space metaverse.

Legato100 has just reopened registrations for artists!
Some of the music tracks are not yet covered by an artwork.
