Hello beautiful people! I hope you're all doing great and if you're not, you will be soon! This week I've been super motivated and with high spirits, so I've taken the opportunity to draw. This time I was looking at references on Pinterest and I came across one that I really liked and decided to do it in my style of drawing.

Hola gente bonita! Espero estén super bien todos y si no lo están, pronto lo estarán! Esta semana he estado super motivado y con los ánimos super altos, así que he aprovechado para dibujar. Esta vez estuve viendo referencias en Pinterest y me tope con una que me gusto mucho y decidí hacerla en mi estilo de dibujo.

I started making the sketch, taking as much time as possible to structure the character itself. Once I had a first sketch, I cleaned it up and did all the line art in a new layer. Making the line art is one of my favorite things to do, so over time I've been improving it to have a unique way of doing it, but I'll see how it goes with that later.

Comencé haciendo el boceto, tomándome todo el tiempo posible para ir estructurando el personaje en sí. Una vez tuve un primer boceto, pase a limpiar dicho boceto y hacer todo el line art en una capa nueva. Hacer el line art es una de mis cosas favoritas la verdad, así que con el tiempo he ido mejorando el mismo para tener una forma única de hacerlo, pero ya veré más adelante como me va con eso.

Then I added the base color, using a light ochre maybe, which I also chose for the skin. Then I started to do the details of the face, adding the reds all over the face. This is something I also really like to do, placing those shades of reds on the cheeks and certain areas of the face, varying the shade of red, from light to darker.

Luego pase a agregar el color base, usando un ocre claro puede ser, que el que escogí también para la piel. Después comencé a hacer los detalles de la cara, agregando las rojeces en todo el rostro. Esto es algo que también me gusta mucho hacer, colocar esos tonos de rojos en los cachetes y ciertas zonas de la cara, variando el tono de rojo, desde claros a más oscuros.

Lastly I did the suit that he is wearing and some shadows in the hair, as well as in the rest of the character. The truth is that I used this drawing as a kind of practice, to see how much I've been advancing in digital drawing with this new style of drawing that I decided to work with and the truth is that I love it.

Por ultimo hice lo fue el traje que lleva puesto y algunas sombras tanto en el cabello, como en el resto del personaje. La verdad que este dibujo de cierta forma lo use como una especie de practica, para ver que tanto he estado avanzando en el dibujo digital con este nuevo estilo de dibujo que decidí trabajar y la verdad es que me fascina.
