Well, there is a weekly art contest for the Splinterlands that you could enter by just making an artwork and posting it and then sharing the post link with an image in the comment section. Here is a link to this week's contest post

You can read the rules and submit your post at any time within the week. You don't have to post your post in the Splinterlands community either. You can do anything Splinterlands related for your art in the contest rather it be original or one of the characters already in the game.
My Nft project is based on just my own reimagining of the character art for the game as it exists now. So, my project and that contest are two different things. They also have a social media art contest and you can enter that contest too. I don't know much about that one though. Check @ splinterlands account for more details.
