So I decided to give my little picture project a chance and upload it to the Alien Art Hive. Who knows, maybe there will soon be three of us. :-D

Meine Frau fand es witzig, ich fand es witzig - So waren wir schon zu zweit.
Also fand ich, meinem kleinen Bild-Projekt eine Chance zu geben und es im Alien Art Hive hochzuladen. Wer weiß, vielleicht sind wir ja bald zu dritt. :-D
About my picture
Who hasn't experienced it - on Monday morning, at a very unpleasant hour, your damn alarm clock starts ringing. Your biorhythm is still calibrated for the weekend and you think to yourself: "Oh no, this is really bothering me phenomenally!!!"
With your eyelids squeezed into small slits, you try to find the source of this agonizing noise and realize that the alarm clock really is serious about it.
Your arm is hanging limply on the mattress, far too weak to turn it off. Weak and tiny, as you feel right now, you instead imagine the most barbaric things you would do right now with your boss's nasty little torture helper...
It is said that so-called alarm clock murders have often occurred in such situations. These are, quite clearly, acts of desperation in self-defense!
I think there is no need to explain the inspiration for this picture project in detail. It can be assumed that it is a mass phenomenon in this matter anyway. :-)
Über mein Bild
Wer kennt es nicht - Am Montag Morgen, um eine sehr unangenehme Uhrzeit, klingelt dein verdammter Wecker. Dein Biorhythmus ist noch auf Wochenende justiert und denkst dir: "Oh nein, das pikiert mich jetzt wirklich phänomenal!!!"
Mit zu, kleinen Schlitzen zusammengepressten Lidern suchst du die Quelle dieses quälenden Gerappels und stellst fest, dass der Wecker es wirklich ernst meint.
Dein Arm hängt schlaff auf der Matratze, ist viel zu schwach, es abzustellen. Ohnmächtig und klein, wie du dich gerade fühlst, stellst du dir stattdessen aller-barbarischste Dinge vor, die du jetzt gerade mit diesem kleinen, fiesen Folter-Gehilfen deines Chefs machen würdest...
Es soll in solchen Situationen, schon des öfteren zu sogenannten Wecker-Morden gekommen sein. Das sind, ganz klar, Verzweiflungstaten im Notwehr-Affekt!
Ich glaube, auf die Inspiration zu diesem Bild-Projekt, muss ich nicht weiter eingehen. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass sie in dieser Sache ohnehin ein Massen-Phänomen ist. :-)
Process and material
This project is already a few months old. I just didn't immediately get around to rendering and editing it. So it was hanging around unfinished on my hard disk until a few days ago. So at least it's still a little bit fresh.
I made the scene in the picture in Blender 3D and then put the finishing touches to it in GIMP.
For the materials I used my own 3D models as well as models from others under Royalty Free license.
The little hammer swinger, the broken glass and the setup, I made especially for this project.
I had once gotten the alarm clock from the Blenderkit collection and then developed it a little further. The original is from Faik Tofur.
For the lighting, I used an HDRI image from Poly Heaven: Link
In post-processing I used the Cinema 6 LUT from the Pixelmator Pack in G'MIC. But with a little more contrast and I also increased the color temperature.
Erstellung und Material
Dieses Projekt ist schon einige Monate alt. Ich kam nur noch nicht gleich dazu, es zu rendern und nach zu bearbeiten. So lag es bis vor ein paar Tagen unfertig auf meiner Festplatte.
Es ist also wenigstens noch ein Bisschen Frisch.
Die Szene auf dem Bild, erstellte ich in Blender 3D und anschließend tat ich in GIMP die letzten Schliffe daran.
An Materialien für die Szene, hatte ich eigene 3D-Modelle, so wie auch fremde Modelle, unter Royalty Free Lizenz, verwendet.
Den kleinen Hammerschwinger, das zerbrochene Glas und das Setup, hatte ich eigens nur für dieses Projekt gemacht.
Den Wecker hatte ich mal via Blenderkit-Kollektion bezogen und weiterentwickelt. Das Original ist von Faik Tofur.
Für die Beleuchtung, kam ein HDRI-Bild von Poly Heaven zum Einsatz: Verweis
In der Nachbearbeitung nutzte ich das Cinema 6 LUT aus dem Pixelmator Pack in G'MIC. Allerdings mit etwas mehr Kontrast und ich erhöhte auch die Farbtemperatur.
