"More Power To You (PDF Zine)" by RFY (HF) & FEH (TT)
[Tempera paint, liner pen, and paper collage on yellow cardstock.] This is a unique, hand-created, mixed media zine created by me (the Fool) and my granddaughter. The zine is four "pages" long, and it doesn't have a specific "narrative" that is meant to be followed, but is more of a mood that we were exploring. On page THREE of the piece, readers will find a "spin-art" piece created by my granddaughter, Felicity, and I in which we used WAY too much paint, then attempted to make a monoprint with the excess, which resulted in the image. After the monoprint dried, I cut it out of the paper that is was printed on, added a bit of text taken from an old magazine, and called it good! Overall, I'm pleased, and that's what's important! Now (as I type) it's Friday (16 Sept. 2022), and I'm alone at home watching "ghost shows" on YoooTooobs. Not sure what all I should do today. I definitely want to post more artwork to Objkt.com, as that's my primary "GALLERY SPACE" now. I have some cardboard boxes to cut down and make into canvases for new art. I also feel like, maybe, listening to some tunes. In addition to these other bits, I still have a game for Switch that I received as a gift for my birthday that I haven't loaded yet... Need to play that game! (Games=Fun. Fun=Good. Therefore: Games=Good.)
