I am finding that my current obsession with astronomy is finding it's way into Tabletop Town.
First, the table started becoming a model of the solar system.

Now I am seeing the planetary influence in my little wooden figures.
This little guy is named Pluto. I made him before the astronomy obsession, but his name was revealed after I started observing the sky.

I have recently found Mars energy in one of the other buckthorn peices.

He literally makes me happy every time I look at him.

Here he is having a conversation with a penguin. The penguin was deeply moved by Mars' ideas. Mars shared some deep insight, and the it changed the penguin's perception. The penguin is going through a bit of a transformation since this conversation...
It will be interesting to see how this shows up in the long term.
May we all take the time to make stuff and look at the sky, if that is our fancy.
Peace and long life.
This fellow turned out interesting.
Your story of Mars and the penguin has captured my interest. Do you have anything more to say about this?
Not really. When the transformation is complete, I will ask the penguin about it.
The penguin thought the universe is a sphere, and now it turns out to be flat?
I heard 'they' took down the ice walls. Which refers to a flat earth.
I'm just not sure anymore. My spatial awareness still says it's a sphere, but my intuition keeps saying I should reconsider.
So, it must be a flat universe. 😜
It's interesting how your table evolves. I wonder how this will turn out. It could go any way from here.
Thanks for your contribution. I enjoyed reading it.
The table will keep evolving. I really want to incorporate magnets or rods to push little planets around. I have grooves in the table for the orbits of the first 3 planets.
You got plenty of good ideas. There's no shortage of those. Magnets can make great effects! Small electric motors can move the planets around. I'm sure it's going to look great!
By the way, you could make a profession of your photographic skills. You got the lighting exactly right and everything. So, now I know why the colors are so exceptional. It's the photography making it look extraordinary.
Peace! ☮️
