I have shared with you the complete process of how to make it
Step 1
Making outline with white paper use black color pencil

Now I draw the full outline of the image.

Now I am getting ready to color the picture. First I started with the body color

After that I started coloring the hair and beard which are blue and green

Here I draw the bottom part of the image. I drew Aladdin's monster just for fun

The Kingdom of Mar Toren submitted to Silus of the Rift following the Chaos Empire's conquest of the Splinterlands, but as long as the aquatic kingdom pays their taxes, the legions of Chaos mostly leave it to its own devices.
