I listened avidly to the cartoon "Harlock Space Pirate" in my youth and this piece is a nostalgic tribute to this brave space pirate. The Sylvidres are an alien race, sworn enemies of Albator and their goal is to invade and dominate planet earth. Episode 09 of the series launched in 1978 is entitled: Plant humanoids (translation?) and it is in this one that we discover that this race is half-human and half-vegetable.

J'écoutais avidement le dessin animé "Albator le corsaire de l'espace" dans ma jeunesse et cette pièce est un hommage nostalgique à ce brave pirate de l'espace. Les Sylvidres sont une race extra-terrestre, ennemies juré d'Albator et leur but est d'envahir et dominer la planète terre. L'Episode 09 de la série lancé en 1978 est intitulé: Les humanoïdes végétales et c'est dans celui-ci qu'ont découvre que cette race est mi-humaine et mi-végétales.
