Welcome everyone to my splinterlands art contest post for this week, i hope you all are doing okay and enjoying your week. Today i would like to share with you all my splinterlands art contest drawing which took me quite some time to make giving the fact that i had to create most part of my drawing myself. It all started from last week when i did a drawing of Horny Told for my splinterlands i discovered i had an hidden talent of monsters or are they just nicer to draw. I decided to try another monsters this week and the character i selected was Arachne Weaver. This character is one scrary one from the waist up is a monster then downward is a spider. Check out the reference bellow.

• Materials
  Black, blue, green, red, pink and yellow
  2B pencil
  Eraser
  A4 paper

I had to study the main character before making my sketch outlining the main features i want to see in my drawing with actually took a lot of time. I went in to shading using my black pen, i made use of the Cross-hatching shading technique which became kind of scattered at on point but i had to keep going. I advanced in my drawing i added the colours to beautify and give it texture. The outcome was stunning and i love it can you give a review of my art work i would love to know what you think of it.
