Welcome to all art and video game lovers! Today I want to share with you a drawing I created to participate in the Splinterlands Social Media theme. This collectible card game has gained a great popularity in the last few years, and I'm excited to be able to contribute to the platform to help the visualization through social media.
The character I have drawn is called Aganju, and he is one of the monsters you can encounter in Splinterlands. This mysterious warrior has a big presence in the game, and has been the center of many strategies and discussions among players. So, I decided to bring him to life through my graphics tablet.
To create this drawing, I was inspired by the character's description in the game and especially by the reference image of the card. Aganju is a powerful warrior, with a garment consisting of robes that cover much of his face and a huge axe. But he also has a magical aspect, with a fiery aura surrounding his body. I wanted to capture all these characteristics in our image, and add a personal touch through my artistic style.

¡Bienvenidos a todos los amantes del arte y los videojuegos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un dibujo que he creado para participar en la temática Social Media de Splinterlands. Este juego de cartas coleccionables ha ganado una gran popularidad en los últimos años, y estoy emocionado en poder contribuir con la plataforma para ayudar a la visualización a través de las redes sociales.
El personaje que he dibujado se llama Aganju, y es uno de los monstruos que puedes encontrar en Splinterlands. Este guerrero misterioso tiene una gran presencia en el juego, y ha sido el centro de muchas estrategias y discusiones entre los jugadores. Por eso, decidi darle vida a través de mi tableta gráfica.
Para crear este dibujo, me inspire en la descripción del personaje en el juego y sobre todo en la imagen de referencia de la carta. Aganju es un guerrero poderoso, con una vestimenta formada por túnicas que cubren gran parte de su rostro y un hacha enorme. Pero también tiene un aspecto mágico, con un aura de fuego que rodea su cuerpo. Quise capturar todas estas características en nuestra imagen, y agregar un toque personal a través de mi estilo artístico.

They call him the volcano keeper. The Ferexia warrior named Aganju has gone deeper and stayed underground longer than any other human living in the Burning Lands. He has felt the invisible breath of the most frightening monsters from within the Planet, he has learned the deepest buried secrets, and his axe has made the end of many of the Burning Lands’ most dangerous enemies. Now, as the Splinterlands are called toward a great battle against the Chaos legion, Aganju has emerged from the caves to join the fight.

Ha sentido el aliento invisible de los monstruos más aterradores del interior del Planeta, ha aprendido los secretos más profundamente enterrados, y su hacha ha acabado con muchos de los enemigos más peligrosos de las Tierras Ardientes. For the creation of this digital drawing, I started with the search for references and inspiration online. I used the image that appears on the game's page, the card of Aganju, character from Splinterlands, and based mainly on the most outstanding features of the character, such as his tunic and axe. I started to create an initial sketch of the character. I used a digital pencil tool to draw the lines and shape the different parts of the body, clothing and axe. I used the reference image to make sure the proportions and details were as accurate as possible. Although I took some artistic liberties when designing the character, such as adding a big and beautiful hair, besides the tunic only covers a part of his head and chest.
Para la creación de este dibujo digital, se inició con la búsqueda de referencias e inspiración en línea. Use la imagen que aparece en la página del juego, la carta de Aganju, personaje de Splinterlands, y me base principalmente en las características más sobresalientes del personaje, como su túnica y hacha. Empecé a crear un boceto inicial del personaje. Utilice una herramienta de lápiz digital para trazar las líneas y dar forma a las diferentes partes del cuerpo, vestimenta y hacha. Use la imagen de referencia para asegurarme de que las proporciones y los detalles fueran lo más precisos posible. Aunque me tomé ciertas libertaded artísticas al diseñar el personaje, como añadirle una gran y hermosa cabellera, además de la túnica solo tapa una parte de su cabeza y pecho.

Next, I started working on the details of the drawing. Select colors and create layers for each part of the character, such as the skin, the tunic, the hair and the axe. I used a digital brush tool to add shadows and highlights, and made use of different textures and patterns to give more depth and realism to the drawing. Once I finished adding details, I reviewed the entire drawing and made final adjustments. The initial sketch lines were erased and the lighting and shadows were retouched to achieve a more attractive final effect. Finally, the digital drawing file was saved in JPG format and shared on social networks for participation in the Splinterlands Social Media theme.
A continuación, comence a trabajar en los detalles del dibujo. Seleccione los colores y cree capas para cada parte del personaje, como la piel, la túnica, la cabellera y el hacha. Use una herramienta de pincel digital para agregar sombras y luces, y se hizo uso de diferentes texturas y patrones para darle más profundidad y realismo al dibujo. Una vez que termine de agregar detalles, revise el dibujo completo y he hice ajustes finales. Se borraron las líneas de boceto inicial y se hicieron retoques en la iluminación y sombras para lograr un efecto final más atractivo. Finalmente, se guardó el archivo del dibujo digital en el formato JPG y se compartió en las redes sociales para la participación en la temática Social Media de Splinterlands.
