Studio Update 80

in Alien Art Hive2 years ago (edited)

three paintings sold back-to-back in 3 days.

the universe always does that, makes everything happen all at once.

its fun though because then i have to scramble to take care of it all, which involved going to home depot like 5 times in 2 days.

This painting below is going to germany.

We Me
oil, and acrylic on canvas
60" x 65"

i had to build a huge crate for it.

and then the dealer was saying how he cant ship it because its too big. but there was some communication breakdown between the french and english language.

we figured it out and it was picked up by DHL.

this painting was easy to pack and ship because it was small.

I was able to just drop it off at fed ex on my own.

it went somewhere in the united states. i forgot where. its marked on my map.

Guardian Angel
Painting, Acrylic, Oil, and Paper on Canvas
Size: 35.5 H x 37.5 W x 1.5 D in
2020

home depot now stocks these large TV/ picture boxes which are kind of perfect for shipping art.

I think i will use these instead of wood to "crate" paintings because they are lighter, and probably just easier on everyone involved in the process of shipping art.

And then i sold this one.

which is going to new york city.

and make someones life more vibrant!
