Prepping for the fabrication of the top part of the temple

Temple is complete. Last step is to plaster it.

The temple gets a coat of cement mixed with black sand from the beach. The sand takes its color from the lava from Bali's volcanoes.

This is one of the classic ways of making temples in Bali.

The two other temple complexes that flank this property use the same black sand finish. Together with this Sanggah they should create a grounding ensemble.
