Legit lamingtons!
There's nothing quite like lamingtons from a local fair made by some woman who lives on a fuck load of land in a farm house. There's a certain kind of care and "Australia" that goes into it. Hopefully you liked yours.
And did you post some to me? Hope so.
Regret they were too moist and melt-in-the-mouth to survive the trip. Sorry an' all.
Damn it. So good though. Put them in a bowl and top with vanilla ice cream. I might have done that a time or three.
They're all gone! Maybe next time!:)
