    Fasting?

    Fucken hell! I fast every day though...in between each time I eat and again when I'm sleeping. It's a good fasting regime.

    Another couple years huh? Ok well you know your limitations, just don't push it too far and remember that you deserve some time off after so many years of grinding it.
