Which part specifically? There's a lot of different data on the page, so it wouldn't shock me if two different government agencies didn't disagree with some piece of info there. It would be astonishing to find a bureaucracy that doesn't suffer from a certain amount of cognitive dissonance (even individuals usually can't manage that feat).
The noise in all this information is terrible I agree, I will try to find the news broadcast, I must admit I follow this almost subconsciously just to be aware but not consumed by covid-19 speculation.
It was on NTD News, they mentioned the FDA Banning a vaccine.
Sure that happens all the time, and we hear about government officials (police) killing people almost every day lately, it seems. I'm the last person that will ever argue that governments always do good. I think all current governments work very badly and we need to find a better way to organize.
But there's a ton of publicly available data on covid effects (including mortality) and the effectiveness of covid vaccines from many, many different sources (tons of researches in many different countries). The ideas that this is all just some government hoax or attempt to control mankind, etc are just too implausible.

Unfortunately, if you look at history you can find a number of cases where the government killed its own people.
