We find the Twins, Hehehe and Hahaha, at the Krimson Kharnival. They are on the main stage while a poor man is strapped to the Wheel of Death and is spinning. Hehehe and Hahaha have three stilettos each.

Hehehe - You think that Esmeralda will need to bail us out?

Hehehe throws a stiletto that lands under the left arm of the man strapped to the Wheel of Death. He shouts at the impact, thinking that it might have struck him, but it was off by millimeters.
Hehehe - Beat that!
Hahaha throws a stiletto and gets it the same distance under the man’s right arm. The man shouts at the impact again, trying to move his body away from the blades, but really cannot.
Hahaha - Got it!
Hehehe - You know how far we got in the tournament.
Hahaha - Yeah that’s how far you got in the tournament. You didn’t go further than us.
Hehehe - Now that we’re here to stay, you’re scared.
Hahaha - You know that we’re here to dominate. To Conquer.
Hehehe readies his next stiletto.
Hehehe - You remember this man has hoop earrings?
Hahaha - Oh, you wouldn’t dare.
Hehehe throws the stiletto wth a flick of his wrist and makes it through the hoop earring on the left side of the man’s face. His eyes nearly bulge out of his head as a red line appears on the man’s cheek.
Hehehe - Oh so close!
Hahaha - Oh, you grazed him, but made the shot. Lemme see. Man - No, no, no, no, no!
Hahaha throws the next stiletto, making it into the right earring, pinning the man’s head totally to the wheel of death.
Man - Please…stop.
Hehehe - Central Defence. We are going to mess you up.
Hahaha - You’re going to be Ragged Defence after we get done with you.
Hehehe - You’re going to be Partial Defence when we get done with you.
Hahaha - Ohh, I like that one.

Now for the final stiletto, Hehehe takes aim at the man, watching as the man still spins on the wheel of death. He throws the stiletto and it slams into the wheel to the left of the man’s head where he cut through a few of the man’s hairs that go flying from his head. Hahaha whistles, a wet sound coming from his mouth more than a whistle.
Hahaha - That was a good one.
Hehehe - Thanks! Now you. Gotta get some hairs off of his head!
Hahaha - Let’s see.
Hahaha takes aim, sticking his tongue out while he concentrates. He throws the final stiletto and neatly pins the man’s ball sack to the wheel of death! The man screams in pain and shock, a high-pitched sound.
Hehehe - Umm wrong head.
Hahaha - Oh snap, I aimed for the little one. Think I got hair off of that?
Hehehe - I think you got a lot of something off of that. You lose, I win.
