Certainly, death is “liberating”. It is not the passage to a new life, it is the eternal sleep from which no one returns. I have read all the entries and could say that 100% of the participations have to do with death, darkness…

The prompt does suggest that ... but I meant that in this case, the death of the wicked prince, whose very name means "joy-in-wickedness" in a German construction, liberates the people under his rule -- and in that sense, Death, though dreadful, is the hero for removing such a wicked man.
